I needed a DNA test for peace of mind to be absolutely sure that I was the father to my "daughter", not knowing where to start I googled different companies; easyDNA UK's website was good and very clear, price wise it was the same as other best value companies and cheaper than a number of others, equally as important it sounded like an easy but good service. I applied on-line (very simple to do) and was impressed with the way my expectations were managed (emails to confirm the application, when the kit should arrive, acknowledgement of receiving my completed kit and notification of when the results would be forwarded to me). The result was emailed on the day that I had been advised so bang on. In summary, price was good, application process was simple and customer service was very good, I would recommend easyDNA UK to others.
