snice easy crypto has sold to swftx can we still use easy crypto for future buys sells if not my trezor is worthless as swftfx doesnt even have payment gate wyas like account to account do u relise the impact that new zealanders wont be able to buy crypto anymore or sell ? becuase your doouchs decided to sell the company to our neighbour austraila why dont u tell everyone exactly what is going on question 1. is easy crypto to stay for future buys sells even tho sold to swftftx ? question 2. will u refund all trezor ledger uses for devices brought through your compnay ? question 3 what on earth were u guys thinking selling new zealands best asset that people cant buy anymore when u guys merdge to swftftx ? you have let new zealders down u and quicken quack sold out !!!!!! anyone signing up to u guys waste of time becuase even if u went the other side the verify is a no go they ask for personal bank statements and id and bunch of others just treading there trust polit reviews where people cant withdrawl from swfttx ? I joined yesterday, verified my account and placed an order to buy bitcoin. The delivery was not instant as they advertise, it took around 1 hour. No biggie.

Placed a 2nd order one or two hours later and it was flagged, received an email that they are trying to keep me safe? Nothing has been received for the 2nd order and now I have to wait for the security team to review it.

I am not impressed in the least. Seems they are only good for one order then your money is in limbo, if btc drops I will be losing money. No human support also, only a worthless bot.

Wouldn't allow me to activate my account on any browser or any device. Kept freezing on camera authentication.

Be very careful when investing and ensure you government ID and bank account have exactly the same name and not just initials on one or the other. Had issues getting my bank account verified because of this. However, easycrypto was good to deal with about it and everything is now sorted.

After struggling with Coinbase whose so-called "customer support" tests your sanity, I found the Orion AI chatbot at Easy Crypto the best I've experienced. Almost human!

I can confess to being quite well informed and experienced .
Learned TA and traded oil stocks in the 1980s etc etc. Economics degree etc.
At the age of 84 , managed funds etc , I have since become less involved participant.
