A first class service. Highly recommend for any for any private landlords

Been a member for many years. This year I have seen, heard at our yearly May AGM yesterday many improvements since James has taken over. They are a great organisation which is growing in membership! The ELA ALWAYS go out of their way to help you! Even suggestions and solutions to other problems you may have in your life. Office Staff are brilliant. Dedicated, honest, it's trustworthy organisation. Our current climate thanks to government is difficult one. We have hell of a responsibility now. Changes in the law. Landlords been under represented for years. Been squeezed by rising tax and stressed by complex legislation. ELA are going places with helping you through the maze of legislation, meeting and negotiating hard with government officials, councils and offering their landlord services to similar organisations..Well done ELA! 👍Keep going. Private Landlords should be valued and assisted by government. We provide a very valuable essential service.

They have helped me understand so much of the ever changing legislation over the many years I have been speaking to them. It is so helpful to have a knowledgeable group of people on my side in times of difficulty. For me they are an indispensable assistant in my rental buisness. Thankyou ELA team

Food was nice and various stalls which was a great to see

ELA is a fantastic organisation that gives detailed advice to its members on everything including new legislation. It also has lots of partners it works with so you can access legal and tax advice
