Christian was the most helpful person that I had to deal with during my move process. From start to finish he was always willing and quick to answer any questions and help chase and check on the progress, even when things went a little wrong! We can't thank him enough as we are now happily settling into our new house.

Chris has years of experience in his field and worked very hard for us to complete what proved to be quite a complicated sale. He had to sell our house twice, in fact, and the second time he secured an excellent offer in a matter of days. He was always instantly available for advice, courteous and efficient. We are happy to recommend him without any reservations.

Christian was very helpful and extremely professional. He provided peace of mind and gave us the utmost confidence that we could leave proceedings in his very capable hands. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home or buy one.

We have recently bought and sold properties through Christian at Labram Holmes and was pleased with the overall experience.

Having had previous experience with corporate agents, I knew this was something I wanted to avoid due to the nature of their tactics, Christian offered exactly that. He was honest with us throughout the process and straight to the point rather than spinning the usual lies you would get from a high street agent.

We met Christian when viewing a property he had on the market. Ours was not on the market at this stage but he was still very accommodating with the viewing. After viewing we invited Christian round to our house to provide us with a market appraisal and subsequently ended up listing with him and purchasing the property we viewed.

Having worked in the industry for a high street agent, I was a bit apprehensive of Christian’s tactics of “guide price” and working the buyer up to the price we needed to achieve but he achieved exactly what he set out to do.

We went from initial viewing to completion in just under 4 months. Christian remained professional throughout, responded to any question/queries outside of “normal” working hours and always kept me updated with the sales progression.

We have now purchased our “forever home” but if we were to move again, I would be more than happy to use Christian and Labram Holmes and would highly recommend.

Chris and his team at Labram Homes were instructed to market two local building plots with planning permission to local developers. After having numerous other local estate agents value and quote, I was impressed from day one by Chris’ professionalism, always being very quick to respond to any contact by phone or email, and also valuing the plots at the correct market price which he achieved. Chris went above and beyond in helping to resolve the usual legal issues arising and would highly recommend Labram Homes. Will definitely be using in the future. Having not experienced any luck with two estate agents, we decided to give Labram Holmes a go, especially as they had sold several houses in the village very quickly.
From the minute we met Christian, we knew we were in safe hands. One of the things Christian does is to explain the selling or buying process in lay man's terms. Straight forward and to the point. He listens to what you want with regards to selling and gives you straight forward advice.
All my calls, messages and emails where answered in record time and to be honest Christian went above and beyond what I would expect from an estate agents. I chose to show buyers around our home but still had any support required from Christian.

If we ever come to sell in the future, we would choose Labram Holmes without question.

As first-time buyers, we had plenty of moments where we needed things explained, and Christian held our hands through every step, often providing clearer advice than our solicitors. He handled all of our “silly questions” with total professionalism, mixed with a little humour and a light-hearted approach that made everything feel so much easier. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with him.

Throughout the process, he kept in regular contact, offered honest advice, and pushed things along swiftly. Without his effort, we would never have secured a completion date before our baby arrives, and the entire experience would have been far more stressful.

Overall, the service has been fantastic - modern, refreshing, and miles ahead of any other agents we encountered while viewing other properties. From the very first viewing, we knew this was the home we wanted, and even though we looked at others just to be sure, no one else came close to the level of service Christian provided.

I first met Christian from Labram Holmes when viewing another property he was marketing and I instantly knew he was the person I wanted to sell my home. His friendly down-to-earth approach really stood out from the more traditional, formal and often less reliable, difficult to contact estate agents. Christian just felt genuine and refreshing.

From the very start, Christian was fantastic. He has a true 24/7 attitude to his work, I often received updates outside of the usual 9–5 hours, which showed just how dedicated he is to his clients.

The marketing of my property was exceptional. The photos and drone images were outstanding, so good they almost made me want to buy my own house! The listing write-up was professional, engaging, and really showcased my home in the best possible light.

Thanks to his proactive approach, my property attracted a lot of interest straight away and I secured a sale much quicker than I ever expected.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Christian at Labram Holmes highly enough. I have recommended him to family and friends in a similar position and he has secured sales for all of them. If you’re looking for an agent who combines professionalism with a personal touch and gets results look no further.  

What started as a positive experience has unfortunately after many months of chasing and the issues raised being overlooked to now after 6+months being told the buyer has officially pulled out, we are extremely disappointed with the service. If you are happy to receive random messages or voice notes for communication that you have to follow up yourself to make sure they are correct then you will be happy with this estate agent, however, the customer service and follow up you would expect to receive for the their charges wasn’t met. All we can say is don’t just believe what your estate agent tells you: wish anyone using them the best of luck, however, we will not be recommending!

I found Labram Holmes through get agent. Christian was very enthusiastic and unique with his ideas from the get go. I had to give him a deadline that had to be met and he smashed it with bells on! His pictures and drone usage was second to none it really did the property justice. He was always on hand if advice was needed and his 24/7 attitude was what probably sold the house. I would definantly recommend.

We went to see a property through Labram Holmes. We left the property to look at the surrounding area when we passed the house just 30 mins after finishing our viewing there was a sold sign up. We phone the estate agent and
In his words”we have just received an offer which has been accepted ”. In reality to give them time to arrange a sold sign they would have received an offer the day before our visit. I wonder if the new prospective owner knew he was showing us round their property with the hope that we would gazump them. I thought Estate agents had a code they were supposed to stand by but obviously this is not something that has been adhered to by these agents. As the previous one star review stated I question this agents ethics.

Son gazumped. Did not realise this practice was still prevalent. He had his offer verbally accepted and put the wheels in motion for the building survey. Agent telephoned to advise a higher offer had now been accepted.
Son heartbroken and this agent's ethics must be seriously questioned.

Brilliant service.

We would highly recommend Labram Holmes! Chris was brilliant from the outset. We initially met him when he showed us around our now home, and during the course of the viewing we mentioned we were looking for a valuation. Chris was over a few days later and gave us a helpful run down of our houses value. Not only this, the speed in which he took images of our house to sell, including a drone image from above, and had our house listed was frankly incredible. The listing and wording looked slick and professional. We were lucky enough to sell and buy the house of our dreams all thanks to Chris. His communication throughout was brilliant, he was easy to reach, friendly and approachable.
