I needed to send a screen recording of…

I needed to send a screen recording of a bug to my company's tech support, but the file was nearly 800mb and their portal has a 50MB limit. I used the compressor tool in the Eassiy toolbox to shrink it down. It was surprisingly easy to hit that target size just by sliding a bar. The quality definitely took a hit at that level of compression, but for a technical demo, it was perfectly readable. It is a very handy utility to have for those quick "make this file smaller" moments.

I accidentally deleted a massive thread…

I accidentally deleted a massive thread of WhatsApp message from my landlord that contained all my rent receipts. I was panicking because I didn't have a recent iCloud backup. I tried Eassiy as a last-ditch effort, and it actually recovered the messages since I hadn't used my phone much after the mistake. It took about 25 minutes to scan my iPhone 13, but I could preview the specific chats before committing to the full version. It saved me from a massive legal headache. Just a heads-up, my laptop fan was running hard while it was working but it was worth it

I updated to a new IOS version and my…

I updated to a new IOS version and my phone got stuck in a recovery loop. After I finally got it back up and running, half my contacts and my entire call history were just gone. I used Eassiy to pull the data from an older iTunes backup I had saved on an external drive. It was way easier than doing a full phone restore because I could just select the specific contacts and notes without overwriting the new OS settings I had just configured. It is defInitely a more surgical way to handle data than the standard all or nothing restore process.

I needed a way to record some long…

I needed a way to record some long tutorials directly from my phone screen without using up all the storage on the device itself. Eassiy lets me mirror my phone to my computer and record it from there instead. It is a bit of a process to get the initial connection setup correctly, and I had to fiddle with the settings to get the internal audio to sync properly, but once it is running, it is rock solid. Having the files saved directly to my PC hard drive is much better than constantly deleting photos on my phone to make room for new screen captures

I’m a freelance photographer and I use…

I’m a freelance photographer and I use my phone for a lot of behind the scenes content. I accidentally formatted my camera roll while trying to fix a storage error. Easily was able to recover most of the files, which surprised me because I expected everything to be gone. The success rate was high, though a few of the very long video clips had some stuttering after the recovery. For anyone in a creative field, it is a very decent safety net to have on your component just in case.

Bad software. Bad support.

That's exactly what I experienced with eassiy.
The software only works inadequately or not at all. In any case, it was so bad that I requested a refund.
eassiy played for time, the support talked themselves out of it or didn't answer. In the end they just said, unfortunately we can no longer help you. The 30-day return period has expired.

Definitely NOT a recommendation and definitely use software from a competitor.

Unfortunately, the software works poorly and didn't work for me at all. The support team tried to help, but in the end they just played for time without offering a real solution.
The 30-day right of return was refused without giving any reason, although it was requested in good time. There was no further response.
No, I cannot recommend the company or the software.

Answer to questions:
It is Eassiy Data Recovery. The problem is that the software could not recover the data. And what could be recovered was completely unusable.
Competing software was able to recover the data. So it is basically possible.
I will not give my e-mail publicly here. Customer service already has some messages from me.
Maybe the invoice number will help:

In the end it was as I suspected. eassiy played for time so that it was no longer possible for me to get a refund.

NO, I do not recommend the software or the company.

I received an invitation to review…

I received an invitation to review Eassiy, and as a user of the Eassiy Data Recovery Perpetual Plan, I want to make my review as objective as possible. So far, I have used Eassiy Data Recovery three times to recover deleted data from a computer and a USB drive.
The first time was to recover accidentally deleted Excel files from my computer. The recovery was successful, and I retried the files I needed. The second time, I recovered videos that had been deleted from my computer about six months ago. After a deep scan, I found and restored most of the videos I wanted, which I was satisfied with. The third time, I attempted to recover some deleted images from USB drive. However, I only found a portion of deleted images, which was disappointing.
I reported this issue to Eassiy's customer service, and I must say, they really value user feedback. Within about a month, they released two updates specifically targeting USB data recovery. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the new version significantly improved USB drive data recovery capabilities. Compared to the previous trail, most of the deleted images were successfully recovered.
Overall, I am satisfied with both the product and the service I received, and I am willing to leave a position review for Eassiy.

I was blown away by the ease of use of…

I was blown away by the ease of use of Eassiy's Phone Manager software. I've tried other products before, but none have been as intuitive and user-frienfly as this one. I really appreciate Eassiy's honest…

I really appreciate Eassiy's honest approach towards users. When I inquired about data recovery software, they did not push me to purchase first. Instead, they honestly informed me that no data recovery software on the market can guarantee100% recovery of deleted data due to different device environments and recovery conditions. They suggested scanning my samsung phone first, and if I could find the data I wanted, I could then decide whether to purchase their software. Ultimate, I successfully recovered wanted images using Eassiy android data recovery, and it was a great product and service experience!

I can’t speak for any programs outside…

I can’t speak for any programs outside of their iWhere iOS location changer. They have what seems like a refund guarantee, however good luck with them following through. The trial told me I had 0 attempts left when I downloaded it (I had never used it let alone heard of it prior to that day). I caved and paid the $10 to have full access trusting the backend would run as smooth as the interface. It didn’t even last 20 minutes before the program stopped working. I gathered whatever proof I could and immediately contacted customer service within an hour for cancellation. I had numerous back and forth emails with a representative and essentially was told they were not able to recreate the problem and I was out of luck with a refund. I suppose the $10 was essentially a non-tax deductible donation.

In fact, we have tested many scenarios, and the location didn’t return to the live location, it was stable. We really want to help you solve the location you mentioned. We need more device information to analyze the problem. We have been waiting for your reply, but we have not received your email until now.

2. We want to confirm whether the problem you mentioned in the comment is the same as the previous one, or a new problem? It seems that the entire software can’t be used after 20 minutes.
a. If it is still the same problem as before, this is a product optimization problem in a specific device environment and usage scenario. Without your help to provide more information, it is difficult for us to find the specific problem and optimize it. If you can provide us with more information, we will be very grateful.
b. If the entire software becomes unusable after 20 minutes, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service. We will immediately arrange to resolve such serious problem, and I will also follow up on the progress for you.

Forced to pay after hours of labor on free account with no results

In recovering deleted photos off a SIM card, it took me all the way to the point of allowing me to download the recovered and then suddenly they put up a roadblock forcing me to pay before going further. It is a very unethical tactic used to force me to subscribe when it advertised a free version. So I paid for the monthly subscription and they never emailed me the registration although they did charge my credit card. This is bad business all the way around. 5 hours later and I am still waiting for the registration email. ugh.
