Quick and honest review

Quick and honest review. My elderly father has an iPad that stuck on a disabled screen after too many wrong passcode attempts. He’d been using a pin he couldn’t quite remember. Apple support told him he needed the original purchase receipt and the Apple ID credentials, neither of which he had handy. Passixer sorted it without any of that. The interface is simple enough that I was able to walk him through parts of it himself over the phone. That alone was impressive to me

Picked up an iPad 9 from a local…

Picked up an iPad 9 from a local buy/sell group, price was decent and the guy seemed legit enough. But of course, once I got home, I realized it was stuck on the Activation Lock screen. Classic. The seller ghosted me immediately, and I felt like a total idiot.
I tried Passixer as a last ditch effort. To my surprise, it actually worked! I’m back into the iPad, WiFi is fine, and I can use the App Store without issues. Just a heads-up: you can’t log into your own iCloud in the settings, but honestly, for a device that was about to become a paperweight, I’ll take it.
Best solution I found by far.

We manage about 40 company-issued ipads for our field team. One of our vendors setup the MDM profile and then went out of business, and we had zero way to remove their supervision profile or update the configuration. IT quoted us three weeks to sort it manually device by device. Passixer handled it in a fraction of time. We ran through most of the devices over a weekend. Not a perfect 10 out of 10 because a handful needed a second pass,but it was leaps ahead of any alternative we had.

I got stuck in a total catch-22

I got stuck in a total catch-22. My touch ID failed after a drop, and since I rarely used my backup passcode, I completely blanked on it. I tried to wipe the phone via iCloud, but I couldn't login because the two-factor authentication(2FA) code was being sent to the very phone I was locked out of.

Passixer was the only way to break the cycle. It allowed me to factory reset the device from my computer without needing that 2FA code or the lock screen pass. I had to sacrifice the local data, but it saved the hardware from becoming a permanent paperweight. If you're stuck in a verification loop, this is a lifesaver.

If you do a lot of repairs

If you do a lot of repairs, you know how much of a hit-or-miss situation unlocking software can be. Passixer is easily one of the smoothest I’ve used. I just tested it on a disabled iPhone 13; the recognition was instant and the success rate is really there. It’s a solid, reliable addition to my workflow.

Used this for an FRP lock on an old…

Used this for an FRP lock on an old Samsung after a reset. Got stuck on that Google verification screen with no login info. Just a heads-up: it wasn't instant. It actually took me two tries to get it right because I missed a step in the software guide the first time. But once I slowed down and followed the instructor to the letter, it went through. If you're patient and can follow a manual, it works. Better than having a bricked phone.

I was literally minutes away from a…

I was literally minutes away from a factory reset and losing years of photos because I couldn't remember a screen Time passcode from ages ago. Tried passixer as a last-ditch effort. So relieved it actually worked without wiping my data, that was my biggest fear. It's one of those tools you hope you never have to use, but you're so glad it's there when you're in a panic. My iphone was disabled after too many wrong attempts and iTunes was a nightmare, kept throwing those cryptic error codes at me during the restore. Passixer was much more straightforward. No weird errors, just a clear, guided flow from start to finish. It took a little while for the whole process to complete, but at least it worked. My phone is back to being a phone again.

The support team is what really sold…

The support team is what really sold me. I got stuck during an Apple ID removal, wasn't sure If I was doing it right so I shot over a quick email. To my surprise, I got a helpful response within the hour. Following their specific tips, I managed to finish the process without having to wipe everything and start over. Solid software, but the fact that there's a real person to help when you're confused makes a huge difference.

To be honest

To be honest, I don't usually leave reviews, but this actually saved me from a total loss. I bought a used iPhone online that turned out to be MDM restricted, and felt like I'd been scammed. Passixer isn't a "one-click done" magic trick, you really have to pay attention to the steps. But it did exactly what it promised in my case. That's all I really cared about. A bit of a lifesaver for a frustrating situation.

I forgot my Screen Time passcode and…

I forgot my Screen Time passcode and was terrified of losing all my photos and messages if I did a full factory reset. Passixer was a life saver, it managed to remove the restriction without wiping my data. My elderly father locked himself out of his iPhone after multiple wrong attempts, and iTunes was useless as it kept giving me cryptic error codes. I decided to give Passixer a shot.
The software itself is excellent, the step-by-step UI is so intuitive that even someone not tech-savvy could follow it easily. The only reason I'm giving it 4-stars instead of 5 is that the firmware download took quite a bit longer than I expected(nearly 20 minutes on my connection).
However, once the download finished, it unlocked the phone in under 10 minutes without any issues. The relief on my father's face was worth. A solid tool, just be prepared for a wait during the initial setup!

I had an old iPad from my previous job with MDM restrictions that made it impossible

Please save your money!

After countless days of emailing, constantly emailing back and forth, they finally told me after a week that I was not entitled to a refund, even after explaining the flaws in the software and the problems I was experiencing. Customer support is also absolute garbage. Complete waste of money, DO NOT BUY!
