This review is totally unsolicited. I had set up two subscriptions but only wanted one. So, I emailed them on their website. They got back to me quickly. Even sent a follow up email a few days later when I had not responded. They got me back to one subscription and adjusted it just the way I wanted. This is EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Thank you, EarthBreeze! Oh, and BTW, the laundry sheets are pretty darn awesome. <3 <3 <3

First and foremost, it cleaned my clothes, towels, and bedsheets, and left them smelling great. They also take up very little space in my apartment. Customer Service (Jess) was also fast and friendly, and answered my question right away.

First to start, I'd like to let you know if you ever have a problem. Earth breeze goes above and beyond to be kind and helpful, especially Jess. I've never met a more kind-hearted and dedicated employee. I made a mistake and just went above and beyond to help me. My husband and I absolutely love everything about Earth breeze, the products of the model, the kindness of the employees, and the way they help the community

Jess has been very helpful and responsive. I didn’t realize I had selected a subscription when I placed my first order, so when the next order was communicated as being ready to ship I was surprised. I wrote in to cancel my subscription as I hadn’t yet finished up my old detergent to try the new earth breeze sheets. Jess was quick to respond, very friendly and understanding, and resolved the issue immediately. The personal nature in which she handled this makes me want to love these detergent sheets and continue to do business with a company that has people like Jess creating this type of culture and humanity to their business approach. Thank you, Jess.

Earth Breeze products are amazing - and so is their customer service!

Jervin helped solve my order. And I highly recommend this product.

I had a delivery issue because of an incorrect street number, and when I emailed Earthbreeze about how to handle it, they answered immediately, with friendly and helpful personal customer service, and instantly sent out the new order. It is so rare to find hassle-free customer service, let alone extremely fast and efficient help. The person emailing me was kind and friendly, and was not a bot! We had a personal interaction that made my day. I really appreciate small companies that have responsive and friendly customer service.

EarthBreeze customer service has been AMAZING! I have been purchasing with the company for about 3 years. I somehow placed an order and it got put on Autoship every 30 days...Thy kindly helped resolve the issue. I love the laundry sheets. I am a recurring customer for approximately a year+ and find the product to be exactly as advertised. It is easy to use and works well on cleaning our clothes. I also much prefer the usage versus large plastic containers that impact our environment, Thank you EarthBreeze. I also like that they always seem to try to improve and offer seasonal changes.

I had an issue with my account updating my subscriptions and setting up PayPal.
There was several emails to & from customer service [ Customer Delight Specialist ] and the quick reply with emails. I was unsure how to fix the mess. I was assured, that everything could be taken care of, when I decided what I wanted they were there to help.

We have used Earthbreeze laundry sheets for a year now and they are the best laundry detergent we have ever used. Their product is amazing, the Earth Breeze Eco Sheets are above and beyond what l expected and have recommended to a lot of friends.

I’ve been using this product for over two years now I tried a few of the others did not compare to them Earth breeze has a very nice scent not overpowering one sheet gets our clothes clean and my husband‘s an electrician. He comes home some days pretty nasty looking. I think I’ve only used two sheets once and that was because he had grease on him I did pre-treat it, but I only used two sheets and it was all gone. The storage is amazing. It doesn’t even take up a hole shelf over my washing machine even my husband likes them cause he just has to pick one up and throw it in. I’m so thankful that we have them in their customer service particularly Ellen. We have been corresponding back-and-forth for a few times now very willing to help gets back to me quickly and I would like to see her get some kind of a reward because she has been so kind and understanding and patient with me.

I am submitting this complaint against Earth Breeze to formally document and expose the financial harm, emotional distress, and unethical behavior I experienced as a customer.

Earth Breeze presents itself as a charitable and sustainable organization. However, my experience reveals a disturbing pattern of negligence and evasion. After placing an order, I was charged in a way that triggered overdraft fees on my account—fees that I could not afford as a disabled individual living on limited income. When I contacted Earth Breeze to resolve the issue, their response was dismissive and unacceptable: they told me to “contact my bank,” refusing to take any responsibility for the damage they caused.

This is not a minor inconvenience. This is financial harm inflicted on someone vulnerable. Their refusal to offer restitution, apology, or even acknowledgment is not just poor customer service—it is a violation of ethical standards and a betrayal of the values they claim to uphold.

I do not seek pity. I do not seek empty words. I seek accountability. I seek restitution. I seek public recognition of the harm they caused and a correction of the false image they project.

Earth Breeze must be held responsible for:

• Causing overdraft fees through mishandled transactions
• Refusing to offer compensation or resolution
• Exploiting the trust of consumers under the guise of charity
• Ignoring the impact of their actions on disabled and low-income individuals

I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and hold Earth Breeze accountable. Their actions are not just disappointing—they are harmful. I am prepared to escalate this further if necessary, and I will continue to speak out until justice is served.

I Feel that When Your Purpose is a Meaningful One that You Truly Believe in. You ALWAYS Should Bring Your A-GAME/Excellence. And So Far that's What Earth Breeze has Done and I'm Pleased to be One of their Customers. So Far I LOVE All the Products I Have Purchased. Their Laundry Sheets, Clothes, And The The Case that Holds the Sheets. Also Their Customer Service was Right There for Me When I Had a Delivery Issue.

World Class customer service, with real people and fast response. Wonderful product.

I ordered two packs of EarthBreeze laundry sheets and apparently I also signed up for the subscription.

When I realized the error, I immediately searched for a phone number. When the search said that they do not currently have a customer service phone number, they encouraged me to email them.

We've all heard that before so I didn't hold out much hope. Wow! I got surprised in the best way!

Not only did they respond in a very timely manner, as in, same day, it was not a form letter! It was a real, live person named Jervin.

Jervin let me know that while they couldn't stop the new order from coming, he would be glad to stop, pause, or edit my subscription.

I explained that I way over ordered last month and with the preexisting standard laundry detergent pods still overflowing, that i would need to cancel.

They literally took care of everything! Cheerfully and with wonderfully kind responses. I will most assuredly be buying and staying with them for a very long time!

Oh! The product is amazing, too! No residue at all! The scents I ordered were both awesome! I have a hard time choosing. The even better thing is that even though the scent is way strong when you open the package, the clothes are not heavily scented. They just smell clean.

Terrific experience with Earth breeze the product followed by exemplary customer service support! Mad🇺🇸 in the USA!

I like this laundry detergent and had been using it for months. However, I never received my July or August shipments, even though my account said they shipped. I emailed them and used the contact form and never heard back. I had to cancel my subscription and buy on Amazon instead. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Be cautious if you subscribe.

If I could give no stars, I would. They claim I have subscribed to their product, which I don't believe I did. I cancelled my order and on the same exact day they charged my account. Cannot get a refund from this company, no matter if I call or email. Be very careful if you deal with this company.
