This company is trying to make the world a better place. We use their laundry sheets and they are so great. No waste, no bulky jugs just a sheet in your washer. It's great!!

I've been ordering from them for years, the customer service has always been great. They are so prompt and kind in their communication. The prices are a bit high, but I highly recommend as an overall awesome company.

I did not realize I had ordered as a subscription, and when I asked to be taken off they immediately took me off. No hassle whatsoever. It is not the product that’s the problem, I just was getting more than I could use. They were unbelievably prompt and so courteous. I will definitely continue to use their product!!

The company has fast and great support services through email. I replied to an email and got a response within minutes. They are super kind, too.

Jess answered my first message an hour after I sent it! Was surprised at the rapid response. She was able to carry out my request and send an email back assuring it had been completed. When the package was lost in transit , I emailed back and she was able to reorder rapidly, sending an email with updated info and in the next couple of days my package was received. Wonderful customer service!!

I appreciate how fast I receive my orders and the great deals Earthbreeze has. My family loves the fresh scents. My laundry comes out looking great (especially my grandson's grass stains). I have recommended this product to my whole family. Im happy I gave them a try.

This is the type of customer service that will make me start up my subscription again when I'm able.

Customer Service is outstanding....could not ask for better!! Earth Breeze is the maker of superior laundry sheets that really work! My clothes has never looked better since I have switched to these laundry sheets PLUS they are safe for the environment AND they are very affordable! I highly recommend Earth Breeze to everyone....I am one happy satisfied customer!!

This company is a joke; they sign you up for a subscription that means you would do 120 loads of laundry a month. First off, that would be 4 loads a day. Second, by the time you get to the second pack, the sheets are melted together to the cardboard envelopes. Third, I ordered it because it said made in the USA, and that is not true. Fourth, it caused my skin to break out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give zero stars if I could.

I received a prompt and courteous response from Jervin at the company. He also sent me a link where I could order without signing up for a subscription service. He even responded to my reply! I appreciate that Earth Breeze is made in the USA and doesn't include harsh chemicals. I want to convert from liquid laundry detergent to sheets, and I love this company, their philosophy, American manufacturing, formula and customer service.

This review is totally unsolicited. I had set up two subscriptions but only wanted one. So, I emailed them on their website. They got back to me quickly. Even sent a follow up email a few days later when I had not responded. They got me back to one subscription and adjusted it just the way I wanted. This is EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Thank you, EarthBreeze! Oh, and BTW, the laundry sheets are pretty darn awesome. <3 <3 <3
