Having lost an earring I contacted Dyrberg and Kern direct - the customer service was excellent pointing me in the right direction and the ordering and delivery of my product from the website was very good. The packaging too when it arrived was beautifully done. The whole experience felt very personal.

Lovely Jewellery, below average customer service
I own a number of Dyrberg Kern pieces as I love the design and quality. However my experience of using their website to purchase has been disappointing. After being let down on an order on Christmas Eve last year, I decided to give it another go this year. I ordered 2 different necklaces to choose a gift for my mum. However, I had not read the small print and did not realise that I would bear the cost of a return. It was an expensive mistake and the return cost £5.50. I won't use the website again but will continue to buy their jewellery from the high st. It's about time Dyrberg Kern addressed this issue.

Good quality product but poor communication and customer service
The product was lovely but myself and my friend had both written to dyrbergkern about a product that was coming up 'in stock' but we could not buy and failed to even receive a reply. subsequently, I had to buy this from another supplier and pay more for this so I was obviously frustrated and disappointed. I am still yet to receive a reply.

It's very difficult placing an order without asking the details of the products especially for the watches. No size, no photos detailed. Plus the thing that happened to my order is that I paid for a watch that at the moment was perfectly available (in fact I was charged for it) that became out of stock at the time of the shipping...high end jewellery but the shop online is very poor
