A failed shopping experience, I will never try this store again.
Fast delivering. Perfect customer support when needed. My wife is really happy with the birthday present
Their customer service is so poor that I will never buy anything from them again, I have spent hours chasing them and their useless subcontractor UPS. A birthday present, that will arrive 3-4 weeks after the birthday, and over one month after the order.
I was not at home when UPS tried to deliver the parcel, and I asked the driver to deliver it the day after. UPS never tried to deliver it again, I contacted them repeatedly for 8 days, no response, I contacted Dyrberg/Kern, no response. Then UPS send the parcel back to Dyrberg, who is now waiting for it to come back to them before they can send it again. And they will send it with UPS again.
Dear Sirs,
I am writing to tell you about my misfortune with your representative shop in Tunisia (see below for company manager's name and address).
My husband and I are both normally happy and regular customers at the shop in Tunis (see picture below), but recently we have had a bad experience. My husband bought me a pearl necklace for my birthday but unfortunately when I wore it for the first time, the pearl fell out. I returned the necklace brand new to the shop and was told by the sales assistant that she would contact the manager and get back to me. Two weeks later she still hadn't got back to me so I returned to the shop and she said that she was waiting for the manager to contact your head office to see what they could do. She said that she would call me very soon. Two more weeks later they still hadn't called so I returned for the third time, only to be told that I needed to contact the manager myself. The next day my husband called the manager who said that there is no guarantee for gems falling out and that if there was any news from your head quarters concerning my necklace, that he would call me. Apparently, he is not going to refund me or replace my necklace. He also refused to exchange it for something else.
So my question to you is this: can you confirm that I have a right to a refund or exchange? My necklace is still in the shop. What do I do? What are my rights? Does your company guarantee your jewellery?
Thank you for getting back to me, I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Delia
A couple of years ago I bought a beautiful bracelet with many sparkling crystals. Unfortunately 1 crystal was lost. I mailed the company and the send me a couple of crystals that I can try to glue. The crystal fits and also the color is perfect. They send it to me for free! I´m so glad, thank you very much!
Very very disappointed in the customer service. Was given two bracelets for my birthday (I am in Canada, gifter is in England) - I absolutely loved them and wore them regularly - I even wanted to buy them as gifts for others. After a while, I noticed that the clasp was loose on one bracelet but I didn't expect it to actually fall off - which it did - and has not been found. I tried to find a replacement - looking everywhere on line. Finally, I reached out to the company - as I was traveling for a month in Asia I was hoping for assistance in finding somewhere that I could get a replacement (hadn't had any luck on line) - email was misdirected then not responded to. Finally, the owner/founder Gitte responded, I explained what I was looking for - she would see and get back to me - then nothing. Gitte responded asking again what I was looking for - I advised - and again nothing. I have been back almost 4 months. Two more emails and no response. Pretty easy question, I thought. Pretty shabby and disrespectful treatment of what was a very happy customer.
I bought my ring about a year ago. It is made of stainless steel and has a branding of 10 Swarovski crystals. I love it! Problem is 2 crystals have fallen out and gone. I bought in Ireland and don’t have my original receipt. I would love to have crystals replaced!! Can you advise?
Well I have been living in Denmark and know the brand quite well. I trust DK Products since they exist. They are part of my wardrobe since the brand is born. Just keep on creating nice and original products 😉
Excellent service. Just takes a little too long in shipping and the tracking was a bit out.
The item sent to me was covered in scratches all over and looked like it had been pre-worn. I think it was a returned item, sent to me in error.
When I contacted DK, they said they would send me a replacement straight away, which they didn't. They then said they would send the replacement as soon as they could see the original was on its was back. They didn't. They waited until it was back with them, which was quite some time as I was off work sick at the time without access to a printer for the UPS return label I would need.
Once I did return it, they sent me two emails saying they had it but still didn't send the replacement for another 3days and only provided the UPS tracking number when I chased again. This whole saga took a month. I had to chase at every single stage. They wouldn't even reserve me one.
DK treated it like I was returning the item because I had changed my mind, not because they had sent me sub-standard merchandise/second hand goods. It took me a while to be able to print off the UPS label but that should never have been an issue-DK should have tried to make this right straight away. I was not at fault in any way, other than making the mistake of giving them money.
The emails never really addressed my complaint, which was mostly asking how they could send me such a sub-standard item but they just denied it was a return and that was it. Have a nice day.
The order finally came in a box 10times too big for the item and I suspect this is why the delivery is a flat charge of €9!!! Complete waste of packing and money. No invoice slip, which I had to return with the first one, so I guess I don't to return this one if there's something wrong.
I am happy with my item, finally. But extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the tragic level of customer service, who really did nothing to help me, whatsoever. I have the statutory right to return the faulty item, which they have to honour. Above that, they did nothing at all. Nowhere near good enough for the money they expect to receive.
I made a purchase back in November (and wrote previous post) and went through a terrible time communicating with the company. It is now 2 months later and I am waiting for a refund as one of the necklaces I ordered (which was to be for a Christmas present) was out of stock. Upon my initial order I paid for the necklace as your website indicated it was available at the time and then I wasn't informed until weeks later that it is in fact "out of stock". I have made contact with the company numerous times. Sad to say this company is greatly lacking in basic customer service skills. I await the refund of the item you did not have in stock. It is an unauthorized payment considering the item was not in stock.
All the process was perfect but in my opinion the shipping tax is too high.

The product itself is beautiful, I would definitely recommend it to others, but I reckon it was delivered in an unreasonably big box stuffed with unnecessary filling. A smaller box should have been enough to protect it from damage.
