This is a liberal nuanced company that is essentially fake. They try very hard to get liberal views to appropriate their desired answers. Promising to give points to certain hotel groups for participating. This NEVER happens. And should you answer questions that may be interpreted as being conservative or, (as they requested race) white ,then survey will end by saying the "URL you are using is invalid". This company should be investigated for it's fake promises and totally liberal bias. The companies that use this service are likely to not Realize how they do the surveys.

I have been a member of e-Rewards for several years

I have been a member of e-Rewards for years and, suddenly, I am no longer receiving surveys, I am not able to redeem $2,749 worth of rewards and none of my emails regarding this ever get answered! Crooks! No warning, just shut me down. I should have been able to redeem my thousands in rewards!! Very disappointed and angry!

Dynata blocks you from many surveys - DISHONEST

Dynata blocks you from many surveys. They give you no notice. No opportunity of what crime you are, in their eyes, guilty. No chance to see what it is they think you did. And we all do make mistakes and might have done something. But, we'll never know.
Dynata is on many aggregator sites, including Zoombucks. They have their own surveys and are involved in thousands more that you won't know until the very last page.

On the last page, you will see something like "answers have been saved" and that means you should get paid because they have and can use your survey. Not so if Dynata has blocked you. Eventually you will get a page saying you have committed some sin and they have a "continue" link so you can take another survey and try again. (Like you will.) But there comes a day when they will not allow that "continue" button (link) to work and you are in Dynata hell. You will find yourself finishing many good and long surveys, only to be told sorry, you won't get paid because we are not saving your survey. (Whether they do save it or not, I can't say. But I have an opinion.)

Try to avoid their surveys. It will be hard to do because they're hooked up to many survey clients. They're ok for awhile. But make one mistake and you are dead to them and you will not get paid by your aggregator. Dynata is a real pain and do not run their business at all well. Taking surveys is hard work with little pay. Dynata pretty much ruins the whole concept.

Dynata -- really bad results on surveys..

This survey company hosts several sites of which I valiantly worked away to qualify - "Diamond Status". On one of their site (Opinions Take Flight) I constantly pinging every 6 months get Hawaiian Miles credited by the site. I usually get some message (again pretty much standard about waiting 8 - 10 weeks for rewards which never show. It worked a few times (whining? ... I guess), then I received a boilerplate suspending my account. The other sites owned by Dynata did the same - oh well, at least they have that part coordinated?..... NOT! After many fruitless hours, this was a total waste of my time for the rewards / avoind any Dynata site, use at your peril and dis(use) of your time. I wonder if their management ever reads customer comments and would do something about their work, site and yes, people - it has to come from management...

Random Answers Not Saved pages out of no where.

Being honest gives you that stupid page.

Seriously, dynata is literally a 50/50 chance if you're gonna get credit or not. Possibly not, cause their system is literally worse than yoursurveys.

How to contact Dynata

Dynata has several survey sites under its umbrella as a parent company. One it seem is the notorious PeanutLabs. This survey site has recently 'banned' me even though I had never taken a survey with them! I accessed their site via them being a partner of Branded Surveys which I joined at the end of May. I do not care one jot about Peanut Labs, as I have said I never completed one of their surveys. But, their action has affected two other survey sites I am with. Both of which I have been a member of for years with no issues at all. Therefore, I can only conclude that Dynata's database has taken the erroneous information from Peanut Labs and, in so doing, my access has now been denied to these two other survey sites. I should perhaps add that I am a pensioner and have relied on some of this income which is now denied to me. I am a careful and honest survey taker and this happening to me has caused me great distress. Having read of others experience with Peanut Labs it seems that this organisation 'bans' survey takers on a regular basis - some I have read state they had taken no surveys either! How can I resolve this without being able to contact the parent company, because Peanut Labs have not responded to my repeated requests for further information to clarify the issue.
As Dynata is a global organisation with a good reputation I would hope they could resolve this, but I have no way of contacting them. I would hope Dynata would wish to know how PeanutLabs is operating. If my review is read I dearly hope Dynata can resolve my predicament.
