Great service

Great service. Paul was brilliant at arranging things before our move and all set for installation just after we moved in. Great install by engineer and very happy with system.

Brilliant service connecting us up to modern speeds

Paul the advisor walked us through every set and was very helpful, it’s been a lifesaver allowing us to work from home when it would not have been an option with the copper cables. I definitely recommend to anyone struggling with speed. Also now there is currently a Welsh assembly grant to assist with installation costs.

Good experience using these guys

Good experience using these guys, Matthew the technician really helped as we were only getting 1-3mpbs on broadband but now running over 100mpbs, really helpful and always happy to help👌🏻 would recommend to anyone

Mathew was Brilliant

Mathew was Brilliant, took the time to make sure everything was running as it should be.
He was genuinely concerned when the internet wasn't working as it should be on his last visit.
All seems to be working as it should now after he moved the Hub and re set up the CP links.
Really polite and not in as much of a rush as the other engineers have been, made sure everything was working before he left.
However the lady that answers the phone is a bit tricky and very curt. As if she couldn't be bothered and argumentative.

Diolch Dyfed

Had our phones upgraded a year ago and now had the broadband renewed for another 3 years. We got all are equipment upgraded for free and boosters thrown in to, speeds now over 100Mb!

From 3Mbps to 140Mbps+ with Dyfed! 5*

Contacted Dyfed regarding our low connection and if they could come out of their way to see if they can help us.
Dan and the office team communicated quickly and within a day we knew if they could help.
At our location, due to a valley we could get 4G but at about 30Mbps. Dan suggested Starlink which gave us 140+Mbps.
Paul, the installer of the dish was great, friendly and did a clean install.
The company also helped us get a government grant to fund the install, so it was all free!
Can't fault them - wish we did this sooner than years on BT's 3Mbps!

Satisfied customer

Dyfed telecom has offered amazing service to me.
Dan has been very supportive and great in communicating in a timely manner.
Matt has been exceptionally good in providing the service of installation.
He knew his stuff and worked with expertise and knowledge.

Platinum level client service

Everyone at Dyfed has been as helpful as they have been happy.
Clear and direct about everything I needes to do to get mobile broadband at my home and via the Govt Grant.
Zach and Matt were both amazing, going to great lengths to get everything in place swiftly.
Client Service was brilliant.

Excellent customer service from Harry

Excellent customer service from Harry. Helpful and approachable throughout.

Since installation of Mobile Broadband, our speeds have gone from 2mbps to 100+mbps. Very happy with the result.

Fantastic company

Absolutely brilliant company to work with, they made the whole process so easy from start to finish. They have been able to take the stress away working from home on a remote farm and I can’t thank them enough! Would have no hesitation recommending- thank you!
