Not impressed
If I'd have known they were just going to plonk a bit of paint in the stone chip I wouldn't have bothered claiming on my insurance policy. I'd have been better off buying a touch up pen and doing it myself. The paints not been built up properly so the dip is really visible and it looks like it was done with a brush that was too big. I'm not impressed,

The timing was good, I was told and reminded about my appointment in good time, my technician was friendly and efficient with the job he did. I booked 2 jobs 1 on the door which he did very well but the 2nd on the wheel wasn’t done because he said it would need to be sent to a more professional technician. Other than that great work

The company contacted me several days…
The company contacted me several days before to give me a date for the repair and again, closer to the time, with the time and name of the technician. The technician arrived at the agreed time, looked at the damage (a light scratch) and repaired in a few minutes. There is no sign that a scratch existed and the technician (Darren) was quick and friendly. No paperwork was involved. A very quick, efficient and friendly service throughout.
