During original inquiry item was out of stock. When it was back in stock I was notified by email and I went ahead and ordered. It arrived within a few days.

very quick to order and now all fitted HOWEVER
very quick to order and now all fitted. however the delivery process was the worst I have seen for an online company for some years and thats without the worst courier in the land and we all know who that is.
delivery was scheduled and I delayed it for 1 week due to the time it had taken to get the delivery scheduled (it was a rough estimate and not even confirmed). this clashed now with my holiday after waiting weeks for delivery. I then asked for it to be delivered on my return given it was already in stock by now and should have been delivered the week before I left for holibobs. nope, nopt communication for days and I had to chase every day with still no updates,.
I then gave DW an ultimatum, delivery it by wednesday or have it back, hey presto it rrives on the monday (given a slot after this date so arrived faster).
the person dealing did a great Job (M) but the availability of something I ordered 6 weeks earlier and which should have arrived 4 weeks after that is poor. I'll shop elsewhere, red card for DW Tools I'm afraid.

This company is an absolute disgrace!
This company is an absolute disgrace!
I spent £3000 on Sealey workshop cupboards etc and after 7 weeks I have heard nothing. Sent so many emails and got no reply, when I finally get a reply it just tells me to give it more time. I finally got an answer talking to Sealey directly and they told me all in stock and I still have no delivery.
No contact number just a customer service email.
Does anyone have any contact details for this disgrace of a company??

Great Price...poor on delivery date!
The price on my Sealey garage storeage system was good but the delivery time was terrible,4/6weeks advised ran to 10 weeks and little or no communication from DW Toolshop.I had to chase it up twice to find out anything!
I am hoping the cabinets are good when I get them installed.
