Ordered impact wrench, dispatched nearly straightaway & had it next day. Great service highly recommend. Great tool & plenty of power & at reasonable price.

Easy to deal with, good value and good customer service. The only thing that let them down was the delivery company they used. Eventually got my delivery today 12 days after it was shipped. Michael in DW Toolshop followed up with the delivery company. Great customer service!

•A few months ago I was in Macon Bolts & Nuts Ltd Dunmurry. I wished to buy bolts but they were out of stock & the helpful salesman suggested that I try Denis Wilson of Glenavy Ltd.!!!!
•That was a brilliant referral because when I travelled to Glenavy I did indeed get my bolts plus other items!
•As soon as I entered Dennis Wilson’s shop I was immediately made to feel very welcome & treated like a “regular customer”
•A lovely atmosphere with plenty of craic & banter - obviously a happy workforce!
•Recently on 19June’24 I was back in Dennis Wilson’s Glenavy shop & this time Matt McNicholl was so helpful when I explained exactly what I needed & the
Ultra Tape All Weather Adhesive waterproof flashing tape recommended by Matt was superb! I bought x2 10M rolls & today I was back for x4 more rolls.
• I applied this fantastic product around our decking gazebo roof polycarbonate panels & friends who also have a residential spec Aspen Lodge with the same gazebo/roller blinds - saw ours & wanted to apply the same product!!!!
• Before leaving Kesh this morning I phoned Matt McNicholl & true to his word he reserved x4 more rolls - for me to pick up today before close of business

• During the phone call Matt asked all about the Flashing Tape I had applied over the weekend & was genuinely interested to hear my comments & he said “I love it when a plan comes fruition”
• Finally - When I arrived into the shop this afternoon 25/June/24 Matt was so pleased to see my “finished product photos” & made me feel as though I was a valued customer who had spent hundreds of pounds!!
