Excellent range and fast delivery

Been waiting on my funko pops since November 2025. I message them and they continue to push the dates back of when it will be delivered. They also continue to sell things they don't have in stock. Out of my 4 funko pops I have ordered, I have received 1. Will never order anything from a pos place like that again.

I ordered a DVD on pre order over 12 months ago. I've asked for an update twice. Finally I have asked for my money to be refunded, but nothing is happening. No acknowledgement of my request to be refunded. From what others says, do not pre order from this company. Your DVD will never arrive.

Back on. FEBRUARY 28, 2024 I ordered a Super7 Devo action figure which the website said it would ship early May 2025. May rolled around and nothing. I emailed customer service and was told they were waiting on their supplier to ship item to them. I could expect it in Ju e. June came and nothing. I was told july thenAugust and nothing. I tried to cancel the order and they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee for an item i nevered received and they didn't have. So I decided to wait and was told it would ship in October and nothing. Then November, nothing. They even stop responsing to my messages i sent them through their website. So i started emailing them. Then i was told January 2026, nothing. Then i was told FEBRUARY 2026. I told them I have been waiting over a year and they should refund all my money. I finally wrote to Australia 's version of the consumer protection agency. I explained everything to them. All I got was how to send dvdland a form letter complaint. Never had any followup from the agency. Finally I received a return to my credit card of about $23.00 and change. I was owed $37.00 USD with shipping. So they took their 20% plus shipping. Again for an item i never received and they didn't have in stock. I only ordered from them because they were the only one who claimed to have what I was looking for. Lesson learned. DON'T BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT. I would give them zero stars if I could. Buyer beware.

Never purchase anything that is on pre-order, because it is quicker for Hell to Freeze over. Plus they want payment upfront and their communication skills are terrible. Ordered in July 2025, money taken and last I ever heard from them. Absolutely shocking service

DVD land has been great for all my dvd needs. I recently purchased a box set of DVDs on a Sunday night and they were at my door on Wednesday! Super happy with the service and delivery.

Exceptional customer service, great range of DVDs and products. It's wonderful to know you can still purchase physical media in the age of streaming services.

went to pre-order a dvd, killers of the flower moon in March 2025, was suspicious that this was the only site saying they were getting this movie on dvd. I emailed them asking when is the availabilty date, they never replied. Luckily I checked reviews and didnt order. Its still showing as a preorder a year later. Still not in stock. As others have said they just take your money and never send anything. SCAM

I placed an order with DVDLand (Order #1613858) for Mr Inbetween – Season 3 on 28 April 2024.

Over the next two years, the expected availability date was repeatedly pushed further into the future. Each time, I was effectively asked to “wait a bit longer.”

In recent months, communication stopped entirely:

No replies to update requests
No replies to refund requests

Despite this, my order is now marked as “Completed” on their system—even though I have received:

No item
No dispatch confirmation
No tracking information

At this point, I consider the order unfulfilled and the service unacceptable.

This has not been a simple delay. It has been a prolonged failure to supply goods, combined with a lack of transparency and customer support.

My advice to anyone considering ordering from DVDLand:

Do not rely on listed availability dates
Be extremely cautious with pre-orders
Be aware that getting a response or refund may be difficult, if not impossible.

I cannot recommend this retailer based on my experience.

I would rate zero if I could.
Been waiting OVER 5 YEARS for David Attenborough, Life on this Planet. It’s still on pre order!!!!! Ridiculous.
Do not support this business. They do not respond to emails.

Purchased a DVD and paid for express post. Took near on 3 months to arrive. Requested that the extra paid for the express post be refunded and they pretty m7ch declined. I went with it as I felt that the order may be delayed even more. Would probably only purchase through this supplier as a last resort.

Truly the only reliable place I can find DVDs of my old favourites, cult classics, and new releases including world and independent cinema. Always prompt delivery too.

Order some pop vinyl, fast delivery and quite a lot items offered were cheaper than others.

Great variety, great price, arrived in 2 days.

Ordered something for Christmas for my son on the 30th November. I was very disappointed it didn’t come for Xmas. Then it didn’t come in January. I kept emailing and they said “it’s coming thanks for supporting a small business”. By APRIL I said this is mad I need a refund at which point they suggested I was making a “change of mind” and could apply for store credit.

Strongly recommend you do not use this company to buy anything.

Second time ordering from them and the last time, first ordered a dvd, never received, took the money ok, this time, ordered a series, on the sites it said in stock, soon as I paid, in backorder, told them to refund, or will contact my credit card supplier, they really are scammers, just read the reports, never again.

Its crazy how this website hasn't been taken down, I made an order 4 years ago Jan 12, 2022 to be exact, never received it for the record.

got fooled by their fake reviews when I was trying to search up reviews for their website so finding that this website is a scam is how I found trust pilot lol

never even bothered contacting them cause the reviews shared the same experience, constant dodging and misleading lies or radio silence. Dispute them through your bank.

the audacity to send me ads in my emails too, albeit for like 2 seconds they did then got lazy. either actually send customers their orders or just shut down your shop since you don't have the stock advertised.
