I love it, is the best

I have been looking for a while to buy myself tufting gun AK-DUO High Pile and I had the opportunity to do so from several websites like tufting shop.com or tuftingsupplies.com and even kreoho.com but only in your “What’s in the box” section states it comes with spare parts and parts for Cut-pile tufting. I have now received my package and I’m kinda disappointed by seeing that the only spare parts I have in the box are 4 screws and not even machine oil included.
In some websites like tuftingstuff.com the gun even comes with at least spare scissors for the gun and the price is even cheaper. I really was expecting at least spare scissors and a needle in my package from DT when in the section with 4 points, 2 state other parts will be included. And I strongly believe mentioning necessary parts that are already part of the item is not the case here as it would be very disappointing.

The tufting frame is very poor quality for the price, and parts were missing. They also refused to provide a return label and then ignored my message. Really disappointing.

A professional tufting shop. They have a great selection of equipment and accessories. I highly recommend them.

5 stars the quality of the primary fabric and the secondary fabric is very good, it only took a while to arrive but it was because they got the address wrong, otherwise I highly advise
