I have been in dispute with this shocking company since December. Ordered mid December. Never received the order. Was promised a refund in January which wasn't honored. 10 emails later, no response from the company! Absolutely abysmal.
I have raised a dispute with my bank who have refunded the one payment made via Klarna. Klarna will not remove the other 2 payments (although paused) until the merchant confirms!!
Website has been taken down and compulsory strike off noted by Companies House. Absolute trash of society the directors are!

Placed order mid December, nothing has arrived and we are now in April! Have emailed the company 3 times and had no response, not even an acknowledgement. At least if I’d set fire to the money I would have had some heat for a few seconds.

Ordered goods and contacted via contact form twice to say I wanted to return. No response. I emailed to the store email which was undelivered. I returned all goods tracked and now its almost two weeks on and I haven't been refunded or had any acknowledgement. This is an appalling way to run a shop. There's no contact number or alternative way to speak to them. I feel scammed. Do not use this company. I am pursuing a refund.

Unfortunately many of the reviews on here I am now experiencing. Ordered last Friday, and have heard nothing since. No delivery, no updates, no responses emails (which bounced) or social media messages. This is not how to run a business, by delivering such a poor customer experience. Hoping I will get my money back but I’m not hopeful.

Ordered a gift for my wife in December. Nothing received despite numerous emails. Money taken by the company. Presume this is a fraud. Do not use them

I have not received the items and have been trying to get a refund. This has been going on for 2 months

I've been trying to get a refund for the last month, emailed them directly and via Facebook, every week, no reply... My item has been received back as I tracked it.

Items not received and no response to emails and not responded to. I have contacted them six times without response. Very poor and I suspect a rip off.

Ordered on the 26-12-24 nothing has arrived and no communication or explanation given as to why

Cannot comment on the quality of the items, but what I ordered never arrived nor was sent, according to the Royal Mail Tracking notification sent. No items, no response to email, no response to PayPal email. Been sent many emails encouraging me to buy more and to leave a positive review. Why would I do this?! Avoid this company.

I have ordered multiple items from this company and the service has always been great and the products are all beautiful. I will always come to this company first for any lingerie.

Had to give 1 star because there was no zero option. Fear this is a SCAM company, accept your order, take your money, then nothing. No despatch and no answer to any emails. Be careful before ordering anything from these

My item arrived was a little late but they explained why which I fully understood .And true to there word it was dispatched as they said and arrived perfect .communication was spot on .The lingerie is lovely the gf loves it .100 percent I would buy again.

I submitted an order for lingerie which this company clearly has no intention of fulfilling. I have e mailed them and sent messages via instagram and facebook all of which have been ignored. Most annoyingly, they are still advertising on social media and sending me e mail offers.

I was a little sceptical after ready the reviews.... I decided to give them ago after reading the replies to the reviews.....
And iam happy to report that it was super service and communication from them.
Will definitely be ordering again.

Order didn’t arrive, no response from email - appears to be a fake company, regardless, do not use..

Ordered in November, nothing arrived. Tracking says yet to be despatched.

Emailed multiple times, both direct and via the web page form, no response.

Raised a case with my bank to get the money back, who have now told me this business has tried to charge me again in January for the order I paid for in November that has never arrived.

Bad enough you don’t have the courtesy to reply to a customer, but trying to charge me again for an item you have failed to deliver is a joke.

Scam. Fake company. Do not use
I wish I had reviewed this site before placing an order
Numerous emails, direct messages on Facebook and instagram since late November
One reply early December offering an alternate item. Then completely ghosted again for another 5 weeks
Now going to try and get my money back somehow
