Im trying to return it because its the wrong part

I’ve been a long-time customer and recently made an address mistake on my end after buying a new home and forgetting to update my shipping address. I was contacted on the first business day, and the issue was fixed quickly and without any hassle.

I was sent the wrong item. I emailed and called Durkin immediately. It has been near two weeks and I have emailed and called multiple times since the first time. Not one single response of any kind. They bait and switched me and sent me the total wrong and unusable item, and then refuse to respond or do anything. Avoid this company at all costs.

It showed up with the wrong takedown pins but they did get ahold of me and sent the proper ones. I appreciated that greatly!!

The collapsing stock did need a thinner washer to properly engage the pin into the holes on the buffer tube to work properly. It wouldn't stay locked in position without a small mod. The trigger group is super gritty/crunchy. It improved once I buffed and polished it.

I realize it's a milspec trigger but it felt a bit rough compared top others I have purchased.

The product was a perfect fit for my rifle and arrived within reasonable time

I ve made several purchases and have been extremely pleased with the products.

The handguard I ordered was shipped missing a proprietary barrel nut. I used the website page to send 3 “contact us” messages regarding this issue and none of them were replied to. Called twice and sent an email addressed directly to contact@Durkintactical, still no luck. I was honestly going to give up but finally someone got in touch! As I said earlier my original order was missing parts, or it would’ve been a five star review. Once I got a hold of the right person, the problem was corrected quickly. Kudos to the customer support team. When Ryan mailed the correct additional items to me I also received several gratuities. The koozies are the bomb! It took a while to get it sorted, but it finally did! Looking forward to my next purchase from Durkin.

I sent an email to y'all, and y'all never responded. It was about an AR upper I got, and the flash hider on the end was beat up

The original dust cover was too small and didn’t latch shut. I was sent a replacement and it looks much better and closes. Great customer support and response time. I would purchase again from Durkin.

I ordered a 10.5 inch 556 left side charging upper. Had some issues with the barrel. Customer service contacted me 3 days later and send me a new barrel and gas tube free of charge. I own 2 kits from this store and this is the only issue I've had so far. Will buy more.

Faster ship out timing and this company would be awesome jawsome.

The deals are great. I have all ways got fast shipping. I think that I never had to use customer service is a good thing but I do figure that they will be on par. And the quality of the parts has always been great.

All of the parts seem to be of good quality. I was missing the hammer spring.

I was just a little stressed. After i submitted my purchase online. I did not receive an email with a confirmation number or purchase number. So it was hard for me to send and email request. Also, the listed phone number went directly to voice mail. So, as I have purchased from Durkin before i trusted their system. It 100% worked out. My recommendation for those purchasing from Durkin. Trust their operating system and let them 100% fill you order. Thank you Durkin Tactical.
