The BCG came as described. Took it all apart to inspect and oil, all parts married well and so far looks to be of great quality.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering a product. It has now been two weeks since I contacted the company about the problems with my slide, and I still have not received a response, email, or phone call.
The slide does not function properly. It repeatedly jams and appears to be causing additional wear and damage when attempting to cycle the firearm. The slide also arrived with visible damage, which only adds to my concerns about the condition and quality of the product I received.
I have already ruled out the frame as the problem. I installed another slide that I own on the exact same frame, and it functioned properly without any issues. The problems occur specifically with the slide I purchased from this company.
At this point, the slide I received is unusable, and continuing to attempt to use it risks causing additional damage. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. Two weeks without a response or even a phone call regarding a defective product is unacceptable.
I would like this issue addressed promptly and an appropriate resolution provided for the defective product I received.

Durkin Tactical has great prices and the quality of the 18 in 6.5 Grendel SS barreled upper is awesome. However, the 6.5 Grendel bolt was not. After 5 rounds, the extractor sheered off. I emailed their customer service link and no response. I ended up buying a new BCG all together. Barrel shoots sub MOA all day. Shipping was fast and packaged great.

I ordered a built kit, mags and optics from Durkin. It came within a week and I had it assembled and ready in about 5 hours. The red/green dot optic I purchased was defective, however they did not hesitate to send me another one. I recommend this company to my friends and anyone else who wants quality service with outstanding equipment. I know my next build will be with Durkin Tacticle !
