I would really like to thank Customer…

I would really like to thank Customer Service at Dune. I have a much loved Dune bag and unfortunately, the strap fastening on the handle broke . I contacted Dune and was really impressed with Kates friendly and supportive manner. She took the time and trouble to source the missing part I needed and even sent it out free delivery. What’s more, she made a follow up message to check I received it. Fantastic customer service, which you would expect from a quality company. Thank you Kate . I can now continue enjoying my bag .

Late arrival of ordered shoes

Ordered a pair of shoes which weren't delivered within the time scales recorded on the original
confirmation email
Contacted live chat and was dealt with by "Emma".
The shoes arrived a couple of days later as promised and I was refunded 10% of the cost and the delivery fee.
Well handled by "Emma" who lived up to her promises. 👍

I received excellent customer service…

I received excellent customer service from Katie at Dune London. She was extremely helpful, polite and quick to respond regarding an issue with the zip puller on my handbag. A replacement zip tag was sent out promptly and arrived safely within a few days.

Thank you, Katie, for making the whole process so easy and stress-free. A great example of excellent customer care.

I contacted Dune London recently about a pair of shoes that were completely sold out everywhere online.
I received a very prompt response from Marie to say she had located a pair of the shoes and gave me the contact details for the store
I was very impressed by Marie’s quick and professional response to my email!

Had an issue I wasn't sure about so contact Customer Services to seek advice.
KATIE dealt with the problem efficiently, quickly and resulted in me being more than happy.
Credit to Dune and Katie, well resolved and dealt with.
Happy to shop here again

Issue with delivery

I recently experienced an issue with an incomplete order, however I was very impressed with how professionally and efficiently the matter was handled by Dune’s customer service team.

A special mention to Katie, who handled the issue from start to finish. She was understanding, helpful, kept me updated throughout the process and made everything much less stressful.

The issue was rectified promptly and I really appreciated the excellent customer service and support provided.

Thank you again to Katie and the Dune team for resolving the matter so quickly and professionally.

0 out of 10 to Evri for not delivering, giving the impression they had or losing the item.
To be fair our experience of Evri upto now had been OK.

I would like to give 5stars mark to the company, especially to Katie. I ordered yesterday my shoes on the website and the discount for the first order was not applied, I left a feedback and she wrote me and I got my discount and very nice and kind service. Well done. This moment I have only one shining Sinderella heels from Dune and a bag from your brand, and now bought two extra heels for my job to be comfortable and elegant. Looking forward to get them ✨️. Incredible customer support and service ! Very rare these days.

I recently made a purchase from Dune and had a bit of problem with the invoicing. It was after closing time so I tried the Live Chat, but it really didn’t help.
I then found an email address and sent an email that night that said it could take a few days for response, but 1st thing in the morning, Leah replied asking about the problem, I explained and the whole thing was sorted straight away and very efficiently.
Leah is a great contribution to their customer service department, I always shudder when directed towards large companies customer support - but this was totally outstanding !

Emma is fantastic!

I had an issue with Evri delivering my parcel and was unable to get any response regarding its status, so I contacted Dune London customer service for support. Emma responded to my email straight away and was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She dealt with my parcel issue immediately, providing truly excellent customer service! Thank you, Emma, for making my purchase delay so much easier!

Appalling customer service

I have had the worst customer service experience from Suzanne and Katie both on Live Chat and on the telephone regarding a return issue. Regardless of what their return policy has been, they were both unsympathetic to delivery issues I voiced, repeatedly questioned/interrogated my story (even though they claimed guidelines would have not allowed them to change their policy anyway, in which case I am unclear why they had to do this), and overall took on a tone which was rude, unpleasant and incredibly unwelcoming to someone who has been a Dune customer for the last 10 years or so, and not had any issues.

After an unpleasant experience with Suzanne on LiveChat, I then called up the phone chat line, where Katie informed me that Suzanne was sat next to her, and hence she did not even bother to listen to what I had to say.

Very disappointing overall.
