I would really like to thank Customer Service at Dune. I have a much loved Dune bag and unfortunately, the strap fastening on the handle broke . I contacted Dune and was really impressed with Kates friendly and supportive manner. She took the time and trouble to source the missing part I needed and even sent it out free delivery. What’s more, she made a follow up message to check I received it. Fantastic customer service, which you would expect from a quality company. Thank you Kate . I can now continue enjoying my bag .

The shoes arrived a couple of days later as promised and I was refunded 10% of the cost and the delivery fee.

I received excellent customer service from Katie at Dune London. She was extremely helpful, polite and quick to respond regarding an issue with the zip puller on my handbag. A replacement zip tag was sent out promptly and arrived safely within a few days.

I recently experienced an issue with an incomplete order, however I was very impressed with how professionally and efficiently the matter was handled by Dune’s customer service team.
A special mention to Katie, who handled the issue from start to finish. She was understanding, helpful, kept me updated throughout the process and made everything much less stressful.
The issue was rectified promptly and I really appreciated the excellent customer service and support provided.

I recently made a purchase from Dune and had a bit of problem with the invoicing. It was after closing time so I tried the Live Chat, but it really didn’t help.
I then found an email address and sent an email that night that said it could take a few days for response, but 1st thing in the morning, Leah replied asking about the problem, I explained and the whole thing was sorted straight away and very efficiently.
Leah is a great contribution to their customer service department, I always shudder when directed towards large companies customer support - but this was totally outstanding !

I had an issue with Evri delivering my parcel and was unable to get any response regarding its status, so I contacted Dune London customer service for support. Emma responded to my email straight away and was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She dealt with my parcel issue immediately, providing truly excellent customer service! Appalling customer service
I have had the worst customer service experience from Suzanne and Katie both on Live Chat and on the telephone regarding a return issue. Regardless of what their return policy has been, they were both unsympathetic to delivery issues I voiced, repeatedly questioned/interrogated my story (even though they claimed guidelines would have not allowed them to change their policy anyway, in which case I am unclear why they had to do this), and overall took on a tone which was rude, unpleasant and incredibly unwelcoming to someone who has been a Dune customer for the last 10 years or so, and not had any issues.
After an unpleasant experience with Suzanne on LiveChat, I then called up the phone chat line, where Katie informed me that Suzanne was sat next to her, and hence she did not even bother to listen to what I had to say.
Very disappointing overall.
