Ordered a few pairs and retuned due to fitting which has not happened in previous purchases. Issue with refunds which was quickly dealt with by

I ordered some trainers for my husband but unfortunately they were damaged in transit and were being returned to Dune by the carrier. I contacted Dune because I wasn’t sure what was going to happen about a replacement. I spoke to Ella in Customer Care who was absolutely fantastic. Faulty sandals
I bought a pair of sandals at Dune in Gatwick Airport and the strap broke after one wearing.
As I couldn’t take back to the airport I called customer service and spoke to Maria. She quickly sorted this for me sending a prepaid label to return for inspection.
I have today received a full refund. Well done Maria and Dune for a no fuss quality customer service

Unfortunately my order got stuck at Evri depot and was eventually allocated as “lost” by Evri. As soon as I contacted Dune customer services they verified situation and Suzanne kept me informed and arranged for prompt refund

Placed original order online however parcel didn’t turn up, contacted customer service team to look into this and Ella went above and beyond for me. Absolutely superb company across all areas. Quality shoes and materials, and the service end-to-end is seamless. From ordering to receiving items, this company is excellent. I did have to return one of three orders because of my fat foot :) but again, the return policy and process is clear and easy. Dune processed this as quickly as when I was ordering. I would not shop anywhere else for my shoes—thank you to the entire team!!

I placed an online order, which I soon needed to cancel. Called Dune CS (UK number), and quickly got through to "Katie" who easily dealt with my request.
