The item has not arrived yet. Over four weeks after I ordered.

I liked the products, but there is no clear information about the tipe of fabric on all of them.
The time for delivery, size and color was perfect

Ordered scarfs and By some reson , the parcel been sent back by royal mail. they refused to re- send the order. do not want to refund. the evidence showed clearly they received the parcel. signed by the company.
have to contact the card company to sort out.
No communication , no explaination. feel the management just like a mess. very bad services.

Lovely product, quick delivery

This was my second purchase from Dunedin Cashmere, and once again, I am thoroughly impressed. I ordered two pure cashmere jumpers. I received contact from the company within four days to clarify a detail. Just five days later, my order arrived — express shipped from Scotland to regional NSW, Australia.

The quality is outstanding. The cashmere (Grade A) is soft, warm, and from my past experience wears beautifully — minimal pilling, excellent shape retention after washing, and superior to more expensive garments available locally. Even with international shipping, the sale prices made these jumpers exceptional value and significantly less than comparable or even inferior products here.

Highly recommend Dunedin Cashmere for quality, value, and professional service.

Ordered Large. Items are no better than Medium . Very tight with overly long sleeves.

The 3 jumpers ordered 0n the 5th June only 2arrived. When I queried the delivery I was told that the 3rd one was on its way, I’m still waiting.

It’s a nice jumper, a bit tight and 2 xx would normally be a bit big for me. Still I’ve gifted it to a friend and will order a slightly bigger one
