Needs improvement
As a first time asking for a lease, the service was very slow , no replying to my e-mails with questions, they only contacted me when they needed something from me and I made the comment that I am expecting them to reply to my questions to sign the documentation.I indicated I had a new address and yet they included my old one, so some documentation reached my old address. It took 4 days for them to realize the contract has not been signed by the dealer, so we had to go through the signing process again. If I was not in an emergency to have the car, I would have looked for someone else.

Great experience overall, I recommend them.
DtC helped us purchasing the car we wanted. Apart from providing them with information, we didn't have anything to do. They took over the communication between the car dealer and the banks but we were included in every single email and had insight into the process all time. We even went on vacation and just picked up the car when we got back. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and honest. Every information given was clear and correct.

Not an easy process at all
They wrote wrong name for my wife in the papers. I told that to them first they said it’s OK. Then in the last minute they changed when I asked again. We needed to sign everything again in a hurry. They paid too much to the old loan company because they missed the date so I am still trying to fix it with the previous loan conpany. Communication was not easy I needed to call and ask all the time. The mails were always in Dutch it could be at least both languages. There were too much back and forth with everything nothing was smooth.
