Slow but good service
Although there were some miscommunication as emails sent with delivery receipts was never received on your side, once we resent everything went fine. The process when I bought my first car in NL through VWPFS was a lot faster though, so maybe look at how they do and manage approvals

Car Loan
The company I was going to purchase the car from contacted me for a car loan. They then followed up with me on the process. After sharing all the documents, we began waiting for the results. It took a while for the results to be finalized, of course, that's just my opinion :) However, even though I submitted some information, I later realized it was incorrect. Since my loan application was approved, it wasn't a problem for me.

Great service!
As a foreigner I found them very helpful, professional, making all this happened.
I highly recommend them for those who want to buy or lease a car but don’t know how to start it or how to going through with it. They reply emails promptly, calling back always when I had problems or questions.
