Their email receiving system is broken
Their email receiving system is broken. I sent them the emails with documents but they still thought I have not sent documents. This added unnecessary delay to the whole financing process. I almost lost the car I wanted to buy.

incompetence
Previous experience with DTC was good so I used DTC services again. And it was a mistake. DTC malo all information about my new company. Unfortunately, they decided to lease to a non-existent company that I closed a long time ago. I got a rejection from the bank. And that was just the beginning. The signed offer was not sent on time. Due to bad contact with the bank, the time to collect the car was a month. Both myself and the dealer have experienced such incompetence for the first time.
