DS3 Crossback e-tense Electric. Bad car in winter, it loses 50% energy if you drive ECO. approximately 150 km. Promised 318 km. The car has many problems and the converter has been changed, the car was 1 year and 6 months old. Hoses and pipes for cooling under the car have been changed 3 weeks to find the fault, big bill, no warranty. Several times the car stops and has to be driven to a workshop without them being able to find a fault.

24 hour test drive....ignored....ignored....how are you going to pay for the car (no signs of test drive) then just ignored again.
VERY pleased I am not tempted to buy one....if I had and it broke....yes another chance for them to ignore me !

Purchased a DS7 E-Tense believing the press briefing that this was their new premium model. Car arrived damaged, boot floor cover does not fit, bumper protector fitted with air bubbles, nav and screen day needs upgrading, handbook wallet feels like my daughter made it at school, battery constantly goes flat, car has been at dealer for last two weeks.... I could go on.
The best view will be when I sell it.
Worst thing is that even PSA staff in their head office don’t even care when I called them.
