Dreadful service from dealer not helped by lack of support from Peugeot France.
My mild hybrid 3008 has been with my dealer for over four weeks having call backs dealt with. They say that they are presently held up completing things because of lack of support from Peugeot France regarding internet downloads!
This is just part of the story which also involves the dealer itself, they do however need support from the manufacturer. I have been caused huge inconvenience over it all.

It's PEUGEOT FRANCE LETTING US DOWN
I had pride in my new Peugeot 3008 mild hybrid purchased January 2024. Everything was fine, until the call backs were needed. Over 7 weeks so far in the garage. Peugeot France are not providing the support needed and fail to keep agreed appointments for video links with dealer.
