Forget the Steam Deck
Forget the Steam Deck. This is my second purchase from Droix, the GPD Win 4 2025 addition. Let me explain, I have a Steam Deck and it’s great however you mostly need to choose Deck verified titles although some less demanding games do work but imagine a machine where you could run any game you want without issue and it being the lovely size of a PSP VITA. Welcome to the GPD Win 4. I’m currently playing Indiana Jones and the Great Circle on it. 3 hours straight the other night and not a single freeze or judder, it runs flawlessly. It’s so well built, feels premium and it is. Do you want a BMW or a Ferrari?

Update 20 Feb - having been informed that today would be the day I got the PC back I am informed that it is still with the manufacturer in China. If you bought a PC and 3 months later it is still with the manufacturer, would you be impressed??
Shockingly Poor after sales. My 9 month old Droix machine developed a fault. It went back to Droix and, after 4 weeks, was informed that it was a board issue and the device would have to go back to China for repair - at least another 4 weeks. No offer of a replacement machine. Very very poor

The platform does the basics well.
Droix provided the cheapest price for an Android TV box that was relatively expensive elsewhere. They also shipped the item to me very quickly and I was kept informed every step of the way.

Purchased a anberic rg35xx over 28…
Purchased a anberic rg35xx over 18 months ago. Played it for a brief moment, then put it away until 2 weeks ago. It wouldn't turn on, charge or anything. Anbernic couldn't help and directed me back to supplier.
They tried trouble shooting but no joy. They then sent me out a replacement battery and game sd card, to hopefully solve the issue, which it did.
Didn't charge me any extra and in my opinion, went the extra mile.
Rare to find this level of good customer service these days, thank you.
