I honestly can’t put into words how amazing my experience has been! I recently had a breast uplift with 375cc implants, and I truly can’t thank Dr Murat and Deena enough. From the very beginning they made me feel completely comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way. I’m currently 4 days post-op and have just arrived home, and I’m already so happy with the results — they look incredible, even at this early stage, and I know they’re only going to get better as the healing continues. I’ll definitely continue to update as they keep changing and settling.

Everything throughout my hospital stay was exceptionally clean and well maintained — the hospital cleaners came in twice a day, which really added to my comfort and peace of mind. The hotel was also to a very high standard. On top of that, we had an amazing time exploring the city thanks to Deena’s incredible knowledge and recommendations, which made the whole experience even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more positive experience and would highly recommend them to anyone considering surgery.

I cannot recommend Dr Murat and his entire team highly enough. I have previously had surgery in Turkey before elsewhere, which was a good experience overall but this time was on a completely different level. The care, attention and genuine kindness I received with Dr Murat and his team was outstanding in every way.

From the very first interaction, Dr Murat made me feel completely safe, listened to and understood. He is not only an incredibly skilled surgeon, but also a very calm, reassuring and compassionate person. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident and comfortable at every stage. His care genuinely felt personal, not rushed or transactional. I felt I was in the best possible hands.

The nurses especially Helin, Hilal, Ahmet & Hetice were absolutely amazing — so attentive, kind and caring. They were constantly checking on me, making sure I was comfortable, pain-free, and emotionally okay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their warmth and attentiveness made such a huge difference, especially as I was recovering alone:

Ilyas and Denisa were also amazing so kind, helpful and thoughtful they always checked in on my wellbeing, helped with bags, transport and were always there if I had any questions at all. As someone travelling solo, this meant more to me than I can put into words. I never once felt alone or unsupported. The drivers were also incredible, always caring and on time.

The whole team made me feel:

• Comfortable
• Cared for
• Calm
• And genuinely looked after

They even helped with little things such as advice about Istanbul, day-to-day questions and making sure I had everything I needed - which shows how much they truly care about the person, not just the procedure.

The hotel was also 5 stars & I felt so safe there, happy and at ease. You have a beautiful breakfast and pool/spa area to chill in with strong wifi was ideal!

This experience has honestly exceeded all expectations. The professionalism, kindness, and human touch from Dr Murat and his entire team is something special and rare. I am so grateful I chose them, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering surgery.

I could write for hours, but there isn’t enough space.
Dr Murat Polat is amazing, he is grounded, isn’t big headed, very honest, he prides himself on his work, he has no issue turning away money, he will not do a surgery he doesn’t believe will get the results required. Many other surgeons will take your money no matter what.
He listened to everything I asked for.
I have incredible results. The picture I will add is 5 weeks post op!
As for his team. They are hand picked, they are all invested, it’s not just a job for them, it’s team work and they want the best for everyone. The aftercare, is incredible, I have messaged at silly times of night and day and always had a reply, constant advice, guidance and help.
The only issue I have that I could mention, which is nothing they are able to help themselves is the hospital food. But who likes hospital food!
I couldn’t do things out there, which I was helped with everytime. Even ordering food of an app, the lovely Denisa (incredible woman) ordered for me with her own money, of course I paid her back, but just little things, they will all do which help, help you get thru the recovery period and make life more comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! You get what u pay for and with this incredible team, you couldn’t ask for more! Remember this isn’t a massive company just passing u onto surgeons, this has a team hand picked, and built, by the surgeon himself, they are not just employees, they are all family, all care, they are all fully invested and love what they do.
Such a small team working so hard with so many clients. They deserve all the recognition possible!

I am just over two weeks PO after having a breast uplift and change of implants with dr murat polat. I am so pleased with the results already ive had two previous uplifts and was not happy with the level of lift but dr murat polat as truly worked his magic in fact they have never looked so perky the confidence it has given me already is unreal.

I would also like to highlight the nurses in the hospital i honestly have never been in hospital and felt so cared for and not just in the hospital i had a lovely nurse come to my hotel she helped me shower and changed my tapes all with a smile on her face. And a thank you to Aytin my night nurse that checked in on me every hour without fail encouraging me to drink plenty and making sure I was comfortable a very sweet lady.

There's not one bad thing I can say about my experience dr murat polat and his team are the best and I will be returning for that tummy tuck I wouldn't go anywhere else from now.

I can’t recommend Dr Murat and his team enough. From the initial enquiry to the point I left his care (and even now afterwards) I felt constantly reassured and cared for. I’d never had any kind of surgery before so was a little nervous, but everyone made me feel so safe. The nurses were so kind, caring and gentle and came to check on me everyday (with a special mention to nurse Miray) and Dr Murat has such a positive and kind bedside manner, even when I was going under anaesthetic he was so calm and reassuring. I had a breast augmentation but also wanted liposuction but he said it wasn’t necessary which made me trust him even more, as many surgeons would perform surgeries regardless of your best interests. People often say not to go abroad for surgeries, but I’ve never received such excellent care from medical staff than in Istanbul with Dr Murat and his team. I’m also delighted with the result of my breast augmentation, the incisions are so neat and I’ve had minimal pain. She was always there to help and answered all My questions even on returning home after My surgery. My scars are healing so nicely, after having a previous surgery in the UK where I was
left with horrible scars and hating the outcome, I was nervous for another procedure however Dr murat is an absolute genius at what he does. I am only 2 weeks post surgery but I could not he happier and that's all thanks to doctor Murat and his team.

I had tummy tuck with muscle repair on 13th October. I’m now 6 weeks post op in a couple of days and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
I was so scared travelling to turkey on my own for this surgery and I won’t lie I did have a couple of emotional wobbles while I was there (in that I wished I had travelled with someone) but my co ordinator Ahmed was amazing at reassuring me and the nurse who came to visit me In the hotel was also so sweet, caring and reassuring.
The scar I have from my tt is almost not visible already in such a short space of time and although I’m still swollen, I’m becoming less swollen each week and my results each week get better. I was well looked after while I was there and the aftercare (which was just as important to me as the final result) was really good. My only regret is not getting it done sooner.
I have had surgeries in the uk in the past and the aftercare here puts the uk to shame.
The nurse often texts me now that I’m home asking for updates and pictures and the odd time I’ve had a bit of anxiety and needed reassurance that I’m healing as I should; I have messaged the nurse and she messages back straight away.

Dr. Polat is an absolutely outstanding doctor — incredibly professional and truly a master of his craft. He takes excellent care of his patients and always makes time for them. He was always willing to listen to my questions and concerns. The hospital was also top-notch, and I was very well looked after. Even afterward, a nurse came to my hotel every day to check on me.

Deena guided me through the entire process — she is absolutely amazing! Always available, always taking care of everything I needed. She gave me so much confidence, and thanks to her, I found the courage to go through with it. She is truly indispensable!

If I could give a 10 star then I would, from the moment I got in contact with Deena the coordinator for Dr Murat Polat I knew this was the surgeon. Deena was so attentive, answering messages promptly and with care and accuracy. No question was too small. Deena even booked me a nail appointment and a hair appointment for after my operation. She recommended places to eat and visit and was on hand day and night. She is a superstar who goes above and beyond. Dr Murat..... what can I say. Well what a genius in his field. He is honestly such an amazing man who has his patients health and wellbeing at the forefront of every. I have some medical issues which a lit of surgeons that I contacted didn't seem to care about and that concerned me which is why I chose Dr Murat, he was very honest in what he could and couldn't do for me to keep me safe during my surgery. He was very thorough and explained everything. I am 1 week post op for breast augmentation and couldn't be happier. The hospital staff were lovely as well translating everything for me so I could understand clearly what they were doing. The hotel was incredible, the staff there were great and the food was amazing. For over 10 years I've spoken about how much I've wanted a tummy tuck, and in August this year it finally happened. I am so so thankful that I found Dr Polat and his team.

My first contact was with Ilyas, who stayed consistant from start to finish and is such a lovely, caring beautiful human!

The whole experience ran smoothly, and I wasn't the easiest patient so I do apologise to the nurses that encountered my strops😂

The hospital was so clean and the staff were very attentive. I didnt feel the language barrier was an issue as many staff spoke English or used google translate.

Dr Polat was lovely and was very matter of fact and knowledgeable about what could be achieved.

I didnt feel nervous after speaking with him on the day of my surgery, I was excited and felt completely safe in his hands.

I stayed in the hospital for 2 nights post surgery and with encouragement and support me and my friend made it back to our beautiful hotel and was so relieved to get back there and I feel this sped up recovery and movement. We were out and about of the hotel more and more each day and it was in a great location. We even managed a boat cruise towards the end of our stay

The first two days were so hard, getting up and about and the drains were so annoying but understood how necessary they were.

The nurse Miray, who came to our hotel every day to see us was an absolute angel and I miss her massages! The lymphatic drainage massages I had at home were nothing on hers! When she took about my back drain I felt like a new woman😂

I am absolutely over the moon with the results of my surgery. Every day I look at the belly I have always dreamed of.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Murat Polat and his team. I live in the USA and decided to go to Turkey because he was highly recommended, and I am very happy I did. My surgery took a good amount of time, and I noticed some results in the first few weeks. I was very happy; it restored my self-esteem and the desire to wear a bikini in the summer. I had a breast reduction on the 17th October and have nothing but good things to say. Ahmed was my assistant and he was amazing, couldn’t help me enough and was there for anything. The surgeon made me feel so at ease, they all did. I was really looked after by all. I’ve had such an amazing result and it’s changed my life forever. 17 days post op now and I’ve healed so well. I was really anxious about getting lipo 360 since it was my first surgery. After a thorough search, I discovered Dr. Murat on TikTok. During our first consultation, his assistant, Mahmoud, explained everything clearly and supported me throughout the entire process.

I traveled alone from the UK, and upon arriving in Istanbul, Mahmoud had arranged for my airport pickup to the hotel . On the day of the surgery, he guided me through all the necessary blood tests and helped calm my nerves, patiently answering all my many questions. I'm truly grateful for his support.

Dr. Murat is a genuinely kind person who listened to all my concerns and was very honest with me, ensuring I received the best and safest results. After the procedure, his wonderful team of nurses took great care of me throughout the night at the hospital . Even back at the hotel, I had lovely nurses who visited daily to check on me and provide massages. I never felt alone during this whole experience.

Now, nine days post-op and back in the UK, I’m feeling better every day, and although it's still early, I can already see some results. I feel confident that I made the right choice with Dr. Murat, and I’m excited to see how my results will develop in the next three to six months.
