Grace is my laser treatment therapist, I had my 3th session with her. She is always very kind, calm and she explains each step before starting it. I highly recommend the saloon and Grace as an therapist.

I travel from Norfolk to the Loughton clinic to see Alice, and there honestly is no other place I’d go to. When I first came to Dr Medi Spa I had really bad acne and nothing was helping me, until I came here. Alice listens to me, never makes me feel insecure about my skin and is always there to make me feel good again. I have struggled with my skin for almost 7 years now, and after all that time this is the best my skin has ever been. Thank you Alice.

Grace gave me a great consultation, she really listened to my concerns and tailored a bespoke plan taking extra care to ensure all of my needs would be met. Grace explained everything in detail and was really knowledgeable. Thank you Grace. I can't wait to see the full plan and book in. 7

I’m a huge fan and advocate of boutique family-run businesses. I’ve experienced big monster clinics and, frankly, there is nothing to compare - just a random person in for a treatment. Not at Dr Medispa. From the wonderful staff, who always greet you with your name (this is big for me), with their courteous manners and demeanour, to the aesthetics assistants who make you feel safe and at ease and, by not means last, on this occasion Dr Solomon. What a gentle and wise consultant. What knowledge of the business and also of his peers in the industry. Ask him all the questions and get all the answers. Employees help make a business stand out from the jostling crowded market, these clinics have got it nailed. A* all the way!

As always a first class, five star service from when you first walk through the door. The reception team are so welcoming and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. My treatments are always explained thoroughly and my personal ‘skin journey’ reviewed. Suggestions on how to keep my skin in tip top condition are always discussed and I feel this bespoke approach is why I return each month. Thank you as always for such wonderful treatments!

As always, extremely professional, friendly and helpful from the man himself to all his staff.

Dr Somji and his assistant were amazing right from the get-go. Listened to my concerns, and explained everything so well. Told me exactly what needed to be done and advised against any treatment he felt I didn't need to spend time and money on which is what I loved about him - honesty and integrity. I achieved the results I was looking for and will definitely be going back to him in 2 years time :)

I came see Dr Somji re my scar treatment plan and to see if he can help with the areas around it. He and his friendly staff made me feel so at ease and always feel I am in good hands.

Great service, very professional. The nurse took her time to explain what to expect and what I should do/avoid after the procedure. Dr. Solomon took the time to ask the right questions and explain every step of the procedure. No more migraines since!

I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr MediSpa! Grace gave me a skin consultation ahead of my wedding and has been giving me amazing hydrofacials for a few weeks now. She is so friendly and knowledgable, always making sure I have the nicest experience. I also recently had nose and chin filler, as well as Botox with Dr Bruno Amendola and Grace following a consultation. Dr Bruno was so gentle and really took time to understand my concerns and the outcome I wanted. He made sure he only treated the areas needed and not to overfill. Grace was so kind and reassuring throughout my treatment. The two of them really put me at ease and I’m so beyond happy with the result. There just isn’t anywhere better than Dr Medispa, you know with 100% certainty that you’re going to be well looked after and you’re safe in their hands. Everyone’s knowledge and attention to details is second to none. I couldn’t thank Grace and Dr Bruno enough for their work, they are perfection!

Travelling from Cheshire to London for treatment. I found Dr Somji to be very professional, informative and knew exactly what was required.
