I downloaded and 'PAID' DRIVERFIX for…updating my old drivers
I downloaded and 'PAID' DRIVERFIX for one year.
Every time I try to activate and update my drivers, I just receive again a new payment request. The warnings to download and update my drivers remain.

I purchased a year subscription this evening, December 30, 2022. After purchase, I entered my license key and hit ok; it said success. When I hit continue, it took me right back to enter the license key. So I went to the scan page and clicked update; it took me to the pricing page again and asked me to purchase. It just keeps going round and round. The site says they have 24/7 support, so I opened a support ticket, and they told me it would be 24 to 48 hours for a response, and that was via email. It says there is a phone number, but there is not, and I can't find one anywhere. It's a shame companies still do this these days. I will be asking for a refund and canceling my card so I don't continue to be billed. I will also be contacting PayPal about the fraudulent claims on their site.
In response... I didn't say your program made any changes to my system settings, nor it affected the performance of my laptop. The problem simply is that I can't use the product at all. The license key I was given says "success" when I enter it, but when I hit continue to move forward, it returns me to the pricing page for your product and asks me to purchase it again. I've already purchased a one-year subscription, on renewal at that. I would like a refund because the product did not perform as advertised.

Clear guidance
I was in new territory trying to manually update drivers. Jaime answered my questions, was patient while I found my way and I found the whole process much better than i feared thanks to his clear guidance.

I want my money back
I bought service for my video-card and paid. Nothing worked, so I asked for my money back. For months I'm mailen with Avangate. They tell me that the payment will be done, but that I should send information about my bank and bankaccount which I did. Then they tell me that the money has been returned to my account. But nothing is happening. So no service and money lost. What a shame.

I was frustrated at first trying to get the update started. after I called Jazzie and Mark worked hard to fix my problem. It was not easy but they kept at it and figured it out. Crooks.
Paid to join a year ago. Product had no effect on problem. They have now taken another payment. I can only think they renewed automatically as they had my credit card details. Have now cancelled my card so that they cannot do it again.
