ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!! they charged me 3 different amounts when i purchased 1 thing! took $100 when i purchased something for $22. SCAMMERS! they said they cant refund it. pure SCAM!! PROGRAM DOESNT WORK! its like a brain dead college student made the program with dropout weed smokers! doesnt work and is useless

The download button doesn't work and there is no help at all. Difficult to communicate, no phone or live person. At this point, am so exhausted and I will be forced to say this is a scam.

Do not waste your money!
After paying for this, it took several emails and two weeks to receive a key code. I could not speak to a live person because a phone number was not listed. The font is so small on my laptop I need a magnifying glass to read it. I have been trying for two days to update my drivers.

SERIOUS PROBLEM SINCE MORE THAN THREE MONTHS
It's the most annoying side I've ever received !
All the time DRIVERFOX starts scanning my PC,
UNSOLICITED and detect of course a lot of imperfections and proposes to fix it and I CAN'T DELETE THIS !!! I am obliged to schwitch off my PC in order to use my screen again !

Useless! Oh so useless!
Useless! Totally Useless! Paid for and downloaded. Copied the code number. Then the code number disappeared and could not find it. It had not copied. So the whole thing didn't work. It kept bringing me back to the 'Give us some MORE money page' SO WE CAN HAVE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT HONOUR OUR AGREEMENT....just keep bringing you back to the main money!

System total failure
Signed up two days ago . Have run several scans with little success . 14 drivers shown to need upgrade on initial scan . Most went to error when upgrading , two did nothing at all and two showed upgraded . Repeated scan several times and the error total grew higher . Gave up and did Lenovo official scan of drivers , Lenovo found only two needed upgrade which was successfully completed . Having paid for this useless system and have used it a number of times , each time different results , realise do not expect a refund , however will not renew and advise look elsewhere if you have driver problems . This system achieved nothing and see no point in discussing with Driverfix bearing in mind the Lenovo results which contradicted Driverfix results

Installed
Installed, updated drivers to be able to play newer games. Once they were updated I had uninstalled DriverFix and the changes were gone as well. Could not play those games again.
Asking for a refund.

Paid for single subscription. My computer was scanned and 1 missing driver identified. A new driver supposedly loaded - failed. Tried same process multiple times with no success.

Totally Rubbish Product
Rubbish product. I used it to scan for 16 drivers. Then I got suckered into an annual sub. Paying by Paypal did not go well - due to changes in the payment procedure. Eventually I got a license key and entered this. I wanted to download and install each driver one at a time. The system then started to download and install all of the drivers together. Of course this lowered the promised high speed downloads to between 10Kb/s and 0B/s. Then some of the smaller files completed and started to install. They all failed. Then the larger files, still downloading, stopped short and failed. There did not seem to be a way of restarting the failures. After 30 minutes all 16 had failed. Appalling product and a total waste of time and money.

They say it's unlimited driver updater but really all they do is scan drivers and then u have to up date them own ur own.

Dont pay for this....they say can can update your outdated drivers but...they scan,find the outdated drivers you start the download and when you finish and gets to the install part...nothing....some of them are saying installing but they never do and some are saying error and you have to install them manually.So,if you have to install them manually why do you need their software?

The helpful part was true on that 21st day of april but what i thought was knowledge coming out of theirs mouths was blah, blah, blah. they made it seem like drivers were installed but none were. half stalled during download and never made it to install and the other half showed RED ERROR lines saying "ERROR" and they tryed to tell me thats normal and the install has completed.i could go to device manager and on propertys tag see that there had been NO change, and everytime i ran the scan the same drivers would show up saying OUTDATED... so now i was wondering just how many times did they bump their heads.... geezzz

where is the code activation page
you download the software and get you activation code, you get your email to say you have paid but theres no page or link to use the activation code, you keep going back to the pay page and thats it
Oh by the way, downloading your drivers, didn't fix my problem.
