totally lost in the install and op of…
totally lost in the install and op of this product..last nite it took my lic number and proceeded to list out of date drivers.. after repeated attempts, finally got into submit lic number.. did so..attempted to install.. took me back to package deals for payment again after already listed as collected on paypal..finally listed and started list of needed drivers..not completed last nite. now this morning in an attempt to complete driver upgrades it says my lic key is no good.. what is going on.???

Not happy with the product
I had two computers that needed updating. From the driverfix.com website, I downloaded the scan tool. When I ran it, it reported multiple devices that needed updating. When I pushed the update button, I was told I had to buy a subscription in order to activate the update function, so I did. There was no documentation or help files anywhere, either in the app or at the website, so I just kind of winged it. I pushed update all, and it seemed like something was happening, several of the reported out-of-date drivers seemed to be downloading, and a few actually installed. The rest? A couple showed red error messages, with no explanation and no clue why or how to resolve. Several downloads simply stopped at various percentages, again no explanation or error message. One driver reported that it had downloaded 158%. Amazing! It wouldn't install. One driver downloaded for a different version of windows than I had on the computer. One down loaded and my computer reported that there was no such device onboard. I ended up updating everything the old fashioned way. This may be a good product, but the documentation is not good at all, at least it is not easy to find.

Pretty rubbish in general
Pretty rubbish in general. Crashes constantly and persistently hangs at 75 or 80 percent download on different driver packages. I'm really unhappy with this application. I wouldn't normally pay for something like this as I'm generally computer savvy but needed a quick fix due to time constraints and this simply isn't worth the hassle. I want my money back.
Downgraded to 1 star as I've become more and more infuriated with it as time goes by. Would have been quicker and easier to update manually. So far it has failed on at least 6 drivers anyway and constantly crashes and hangs for no apparent reason. Total crap software and they should be ashamed to take peoples money.
At least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!

Site decided I wanted a VPN lol
Decent driver updater, but I also was charged ~£20 for a VPN after I had purchased the updater, which I only noticed because I got a notification from my bank (I did not go anywhere near a VPN when on their site, and I always check my basket when I purchase something). It's been a week, and customer service still hasn't responded to me.
Edit: Got a refund, finally, but shouldn't really have been charged in the first place.
