The pick up and drop off of vehicle was extremely simple leaving behind the having to que up, straight off plane and straight to car. The car was in excellent condition, well maintained and perfect for our trip.

The collection of the Hyundai Kona from Hobart city was smoothly and personably conducted by the Drive Car representative. The car itself was in great nick and performed to our expectations during our stay in Tasmania without any need to contact Drive Car. The contactless drop off at Hobart Airport was not so straightforward as a result of airport construction works causing some confusion.
We would definitely use them again, particularly as they are a locally owned and operated company.

The hybrid car is new and well maintained. The staff courteous and gave clear instructions and answer my questions well

Helped us hire a car last minute as the previous company wouldn’t accomodate p-platers. The lady with the dark hair at the front office was Super helpful and had friendly service. 😊

The car was what we booked and excellent. The service provided prior to the day of collection was also excellent. What was disappointing is the application of a $38 public holiday charge for a contactless (lock box) pick up (Good Friday). Also when booked, there was no advice on a Airport Concession Fee of 14.00% ($147.42). I travel for work through other airports and have never been charged a 'Concession' fee.
