Terrible shipping. The AI assistant is not helpful. Every question I asked (I asked 4) it responded by requesting my email address, you would think it would remember after the first time. I asked how do I cancel my subscription (I was just curious) it asked for my email-4th time next thing I know it says subscription cancelled. Funny thing is, I was going to cancel, but I decided to let it go. A week and a half after receiving an email that it shipped, it is still showing it's in New Jersey,

Awful company. No scent on board tgey deliver to you. When trying to contact them they do not respond. Buyer beware.

The fragrance don’t last and don’t particularly smell that good. I did not request a subscription but they automatically applied one which annoyed me since I was not really impressed with their products. Subscription was cancelled immediately and I asked for a refund which they refused. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE ITS A FRAUDULENT OPERATION

***Subscription SCAM*** Scumbag of a company with shady auto subscription practice. No customer support on the website. Can't stand businesses like this - hope they get sued.

I ordered a product one time just to try it and they automatically signed me up for a subscription and would not give me a refund. The product is way too strong and burns my eyes in my house

On FB, big advertising drew me in. These scents don’t last a week. What a joke for the price! Additionally, they make you subscribe to auto-pay and of course most will forget….like me. Then you see another shipment charged and you can not send anything back. Stay away from this scrupulous company and their product.

I can't comment on the product, still waiting for order, and also because I realized too late after purchasing that the scent with cinnamon is usually not very safe for my dogs and I do drive them around fairly often. So I emailed support immediately (few minutes after I hit payment), and I know they might take 1-2 days to respond. Two reps responded and gave me the most generic responses without even trying to discuss what else I could do, e.g. maybe I send back the product once it's here to swap the other scent that's more suitable etc. Nope no other discussions at all and just say they're happy to help. In which I got no help and no care, and it's my first purchase with them. So I guess I'll just gift my kit away to someone else.

Forced subscription

Hid the fact it was a subscription based and I didn’t realize this until I went in to buy a different scent because the John wick is overpowering. When you go in to cancel the subscription it will ask you 5 different times if you want to cancel and uses different offers to try to get you to stay. When I made the initial purchase I used Apple Pay, yet they somehow still got my credit card info and saved it. I tried to buy a different scent and it would not let me buy one without signing me back up for a subscription.

i ordered 1 set of air fresheners to try them out. the john wick scent smells exactly like black ice. the cheap lottle plast tree air fresheners. absolute trash.
they sent me more the month after. i never agreed to a subscription. they have sent me 4 packages since with the same bs air fresheners. they make it impossible to cancel the subscription i never even asked for. these people are criminals and they are stealing from me. and sending me a product that is crap.do not do business with them. they dont even have an email address to contact someone.

I ordered a couple of plug-in diffusers with scents and a car freshener almost three weeks ago, and I cannot believe how difficult this entire experience has been.

The delivery time for such a small order has been unbelievably long, but even worse is the customer service. There seems to be absolutely no way to contact an actual human being. I have now received a notification from DHL saying my package was delivered, yet there is nothing at my door and my security cameras show that nobody delivered anything.

At this point, I can’t even reach someone to find out where my order is or request a refund. There is absolutely no reason ordering a few small products should be this frustrating or complicated.

Extremely disappointed with both the delivery and the complete lack of customer service. I will never order from this company again.

Fraud based small print subscription scam. Charged my card for reoccurring orders without authorization. Customer service Impossible to reach, unresponsive, refuses to refund fraudulent charge. This is a blatant unapproved subscription scam. There’s as many 1 star as 5 star, and same as their website, the 5 stars are clearly fake reviews by them. Don’t get scammed by this company

Avoid Drift. Took my money, gave me no shipping information, made customer service nearly impossible to reach, then responded with essentially “there’s been a delay” and no resolution.

They are not BBB accredited. If you’re having the same issue, document everything, file a BBB complaint, dispute the charge if appropriate, and report it to the FTC/state Attorney General.

I canceled every future order. Terrible customer service.

Drift car freshener lasts less than a week! Not worth it at all. I would highly recommend you NOT buy it. Many other people are much better. The tree air fresheners are much better and cheaper!

Drift is great smelling for the car. I get a new one every month.

CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY! They signed me up for a subscription I didn't want and then refused to cancel it. Who on earth would want a monthly subscription for a car air freshener?!

Be careful when ordering from Drift.

I purchased a car freshener believing I was making a regular purchase. I later discovered that I had been enrolled in recurring purchases and was charged another $19.

I did not knowingly intend to sign up for recurring charges. When I tried to cancel, the process was extremely frustrating and I could not simply stop the subscription.

The fresheners look nice, but this experience completely changed my opinion of the company. Drift should make recurring subscriptions unmistakably clear before checkout and provide a simple way to cancel them.

I want my subscription canceled, the $19 recurring charge refunded, and confirmation that there will be no further charges.

Bought 2 of these and they lost 90% of their scent in 1 week. Not only that, I was enrolled in a subscription that I did not ask for. I wanted a one time purchase and they sneakily enrolled me in a renewing subscription. I didn't even realize until I saw $19.40 draft out of my account. I went to cancel and receive a refund, and realized I didn't even have an account to log into the cancel because I never set one up! I had to call my bank and get my entire debit card replaced. This is a shady company and I would never purchase from them again.

Very disappointing experience – charged despite cancelling subscription

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I had already checked and made sure that my subscription was inactive, yet I was still charged £16.32 from my bank without any reminder or notification.

When I contacted customer service to query the unexpected charge, I was told that I needed to cancel the subscription. They guided me through the cancellation process, but when I followed their instructions, there was no option available to actually complete or confirm the cancellation.

This has been extremely frustrating and feels very misleading. If a subscription is supposedly inactive, customers should not continue to be charged, and there should be a clear and accessible way to cancel a subscription.

I hope the company reviews this process, stops the unauthorised charges, and provides a proper resolution.

it charged me for over three months for their subcriptions, without any upfront notice. I reconged that is becasue they have set the subcription as default when you purchase their product online. Be careful!
