** Update to my review : Customer Service came back to me (I should have waited a little longer - I'm too impatient!) and have sorted the issue straight away. My new shoes are on their way to me - I am extremely happy with their resolution and wanted to update my review - will definitely buy from Dressi again (Especially as the shoes are super comfortable given the heel height!)

Delivery was very quick and was delighted with the fit and style of the shoes I ordered. However, there was a mark on one of the shoes - looked like a glue mark.

Emailed Customer Service immediately and sent them a picture of the damaged shoe - requested they sent me a replacement pair and I would return the damaged shoes.

The response was that they do not offer replacements - I would have to return the shoes (At my own expense), wait approximately 7-10 days for a refund to be processed (less delivery charges) and then re-order the shoes and pay postage costs again. I requested a discount code to cover the cost of postage sending back and re-ordering but have yet to hear anything back.

I feel it's very poor customer service given that I'm returning them due to a fault - was there not a quality check conducted on the shoes before they were dispatched?

100% would recommend buying from this company. Had a problem with international delivery but the customer care was phenomenal and resolved the issue very quickly. The dress is stunning and really good quality for the price. Would definitely buy from Dressi again.

This company is lovely. I saw a dress I liked but it was not available in my size so I emailed asking if it would be back in stock, this was a couple weeks ago. They said they couldn’t be sure but this morning I got a lovely personal email from them letting me know the dress is back in stock. I have now ordered the dress and can’t wait for it to arrive. :) :) thanks Dressi, I will be ordering from you again xxx

Absoloutley delighted with the quick arrival of my dress . It fitted perfectly according to the size guide chart and I could feel it was such good quality, made to a very high standard .

Excellent choice. Order arrived next day and impressed with quality. Returns were refunded promptly. Dress I choose looked far more expensive than it was.

After have some technical difficulties ordering I rang up and spoke to a lovely lady who helped me sort things out and complete my order 100% happy and would highly recommend

Gorgeous dress, perfect for the occasion!!

About two weeks ago I ordered a pair of bridal shoes from Dresi; when they arrived they had some marks on the inside if the shoes, I contacted the customer service and told them what happened, they were very apologetic and investigated the issue thoroughly. I quickly received a new pair from them and I love the shoes! Even though it was inconvenient to have to send them back , their customer service was brilliant, they apologised and made things right. I would buy from them again :)
