welcome to lalaland, where you can just…be yourself. we don’t believe in fashion rules (or any rules for that matter). wear what you want. post the selfie. sing at the top of your lungs. and most of all, don’t forget to live your life. pretty deep for a fashion brand, huh? these clothes were made for you.

The owner, Lex, is shady as hell and is not someone I want to associate with. She started upping her prices FAR beyond affordable, but lowered her quality. She rejects most people's returns and generally has very poor customer service. I understand that with the price hikes she wants luxury customers, but she does not provide a luxury experience. She stopped advertising with plus size models and has alienated an entire group of people because of the lack of representation. She decided to discontinue influencer codes, which is the one thing that her customers use to justify spending an ungodly amount on her clothes. Also she got rid of her previous graphic designer, Emy Dyer, for working with other brands after Lex STALKED HER and then made Emy delete all of her content when she didn't even have a contract with her! And Lex's most recent endeavor is getting her lawyer to remove all of the BST groups on facebook to "silence" all of her pissed off customers and their complaints. I used to love Lala, but all of this has left such a bad taste that I won't be returning.
The quality of the clothes has decreased in the past year while the prices have soared. The clothing is not worth the price. There are other companies with better quality.
I used to be a huge LALA fan but lately the quality isn’t there, the prices continue to increase and are insane for the quality you get, the new designs look rushed and are awful, the shipping takes forever, the customer service is lacking at best. This brand has gotten ridiculous and is SO not worth the price. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.
I just ordered my first item and though the dress fits perfectly and is very much my style, I can't get over how cheap the material is. Especially for the price of the dress. I'm in the uk so maybe I'm just use to a different quality but it would absolutely make me think twice about ordering from this store again.
