Customer Service is on point!!
I ordered a bunch of items for my girlfriend a little while back as a surprise gift and unfortunately they got lost in transit. Luckily the customer service team was super helpful and got us replacements immediately and even included a handwritten note! Love the team here and the products! The quality is unlike anywhere else and We’re definitely going to order more!

The company’s response is not accurate and I want the public to know. They reached out to me via phone wanting to discuss the details of the items I purchased. They didn’t really offer a solution and said they would reach out/call me the next day. I never heard from them again. Their response below is a lie. They did not offer a solution they deflected my concerns about the quality of their product giving me excuses and bull*** reasons why everything I own by them is in horrible condition. Even though my purchase was a year ago , the items were barely worn in that time frame because the DETERIORATION already began after a few washes. Your clothing is crap and overpriced. Btw most of the five star reviews are fake. There’s deleted “dressed in lala “ FB groups but there are a few active where customers resell their pieces from the brand and most importantly they share experiences and transparency on the REAL quality of the brand. The owner sells crappy quality products made in china and is known to shut down /silence people who have negative opinions on the brand. I will never give them a dime again
I purchased many pieces from Dressed in Lala and I’m extremely disappointed. Every single one over time pilled up and looked HORRIBLE . The quality is not there for the price point. I cannot justify paying these prices for pieces who have the same quality as Shein. This is absolutely fast fashion. I’m embarrassed to wear anything I have from this brand out in public it’s in horrible condition

You do not plan many months in advance on quality of your products. It shows in years of reviews from many customers who repeat the same issues. A lot of the five star reviews here are probably from your employees to counter the real reviews. You put effort in pretty advertisements and photo shoots. That’s it. Period.

really expensive fast fashion brand now
they used to be a brand i loved, but now they have drops every single week and it’s clearly now fast fashion clothing at high boutique price range and low quality.
i bought their leopard boxer shorts and they’re the WORST material out of anything i’ve ever ordered online. it’s giving almost like a water resistant fabric .. but that also wrinkles easily? they’re VERY uncomfortable and when i want to wear boxer shorts, i want to be cute AND comfy. biggggg letdown when these cost so much. don’t support.

The leopard boxers you are referring to are 100% cotton and we chose this fabric intentionally so that they would be breathable for summer weather.
We do have drops every Friday and have for the last 7+ years. It is one of the fun ways we bring new pieces to our customers and make it an experience. This doesn't mean we are a fast fashion brand. We design each piece in house and only work with factories who treat their employees with care and are certified. We also order small runs of each product and generally sell out of most pieces pretty quickly.
If you are not happy with your leopard boxers, we definitely want to make this right with you. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience Team for help. We would love to find a resolution as we really appreciate our customers immensely and want you to have a great experience.

My skirt went missing in delivery but Teegan helped me out immediately and sent a replacement. Customer service is super responsive, helpful and takes an interest in the customer. I received a replacement within the week and the skirt is fabulous.

I went to Las Vegas last year on my birthday and saw a woman walking by with these gorgeous sequin pants! I told her I needed these pants in my life and asked where she bought them from. She said "dressedinlala.com." I decided to order the pants for my birthday. There was a box that popped up and offered a 10% discount for signing up for the email list. I didn't receive a 10% discount code but I ordered the pants anyways and emailed the support team about the 10% code. I received a response with a coupon code. I advised I already made the purchase and Dressed In Lala Customer Service processed a 10% refund back to my card. Thank you Shyanne and Jenna in customer service for going above and beyond! Excellent customer service!
I received my disco sequin pants exactly on time in a gorgeous Dressed In Lala style packaging. These pants are everything I dreamed of and more! They definitely look like the picture, an absolute sequin dream come true. They feel great, a nice comfortable fit. They are a little longer so you would need to wear shoes with a little height.
