Ordered a sink tap and bath taps…
Ordered a sink tap and bath taps (£292.97) on the 3rd of August with a 2-3 working day delivery. Now it’s the 13th of August and still no taps. I escalated this to Drench who have yet to update me on what is happening. Evri emailed me telling me they needed 48hrs more to locate the package. Drench should be dealing with this headache not me. I have an unfinished bathroom waiting on these taps.

I love my cloakroom basin
I love my cloakroom basin. It’s perfect for my refitted shower room. Brilliant quality and customer service. It arrived in perfect condition as it was well packaged not like the one that arrived from another online store that was broken and in bits as it had insufficient packaging. I’ll definitely order from Drench again.

For me Drench was very easy to navigate…
For me Drench was very easy to navigate on my PC. We have a builder in the family and I was advised by him to use the company and what I needed to look for. Once found, I asked if that was correct and went ahead with the order. There were various ways to pay and for delivery of the item. We were not in a hurry and chose the cheapest delivery time and even that arrived within a few days. We are now waiting for our builder to install it, so we had it delivered to the garage.
This review I was asked to do by Drench and they mentioned it is not about the product or delivery. However, I will say the delivery was a bit like the old slap-stick comedies. They (2 of them) tried their best to move a very heavy item from the truck to the garage by hand, I had noticed their trolley had a broken wheel!
I changed the review to include the product which was now opened and item installed 8 days after delivery. This was a sliding door shower screen and is amazing. The builder had to reverse the instructions given with the item because I needed the door to open on the opposite side as shown/instructed, it was a one-man job and the finished look is perfect.

Looks great but the sink is plastic
Looks fantastic in the bathroom and I love the ridged texture. I was a little disappointed that the sink is made of some sort of plastic and not actually made of ceramic. Also the top draw handle isn’t on the top so you have to bend down quite far to pull the draw out. Non the less I still like this vanity and would probably order it again.
