Now, reading the other reviews, this is going to be contentious. My experience was VERY different from most of the people who have written here on TP and provided 5* reviews (which is strange in itself as I usually find reviews are a great indication & 'Red' magazine had endorsed her). Perhaps it's because I chose to visit her at her Kent house and not at her London clinic (which I would imagine has a more professional setting), or maybe I caught her on an 'off' day...but it was just a very strange initial consultation / treatment and I have to say, that had I not paid £200 for the consultation, I would not have proceeded with any treatment.

The 'consultation' consisted of a 5-minute discussion where she mostly discussed all the things she could do and what she could sell me. I felt no real care of duty or any interest whatsoever in who I was or what I wanted: it felt like she wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible if I am honest. She took much more interest in my friend & discussing the menopause and their issues with their HRT patches.

I've not given her a 1* because I don't think she is necessarily bad at what she does, but I felt rushed & uncomfortable, and I would not recommend her. Overall, it was just a very strange experience that I will not be repeating (my friend agreed).

So, it's back to Marlow and Stephanie at the Springwell Clinic for me. The 5 hours' round trip is worth it!
