Deposited 20€, and the money never showed up. It just threw me to the front page, never asked for information to create an account. I tried to log in with bank details, but no luck, throws me to front page, not logged in.
Contacted customer service which basically told me to deposit an additional 20e to see if i can create an account and that the 20e i deposited earlier SHOULD also be there. (and this was 3 months after i contacted them lol)
yeah no thanks, if this kinda problem is possible on your site, i will not use it. I will not send more money.
How bizarre that they are trying to get me to deposit an additional 20e, when last time it didn't work. Like i should just belive everything will go well? Just refund my money.
They have sent me email after email saying the same thing, log in with bank codes, try different browsers ect. even though i have said that i have tried everything.
