Had a problem with a heated throw but this was resolved in super quick time thanks to Alessia in customer care.
I couldn't have asked or expected more help, her response and regular updates were brilliant.

Return of throw blanket under warranty:
Quick Responsive Communications. Returns process simple & easy. Would have liked updates on the return which were not forthcoming. However once I chased up progress, delivery of a replacement was organised with next day delivery.
Responded to my query promptly dealt with it with efficiency and was very friendly.
This is hard to rate, the products are good quality, and work well. Having place several orders, I have never been informed of shipping dates, some taking months. Customer service is something they struggle with. I actively look for other companies to buy heated blankets from where able.
That said; the actual products work well.
I have had an electric throw which stopped working and dreamland replaced it. Same problem occurred with the replacement now but only covered from date of original purchase although faulty
The heated blanket was excellent. It developed a fault after 18 months, but Dreamland replaced it quickly and efficiently under the 2 year guarantee. Their communications were very good and the new blanket was sent very quickly.
Its fantastic , love the colour good quality material, affordable as on the sale the old one last very long time , decided to to buy the same brand , best one , rich with choice and yellow is my fav . Highly recommend

Alessia from the team, got in touch immediately and explained what may have caused the fault. However, as a replacement throw in a similar colour was not available, she provided an alternative option, which was really great.

I was gifted a heated throw 18 months ago which unfortunately stopped working. Sabrina advised on what checks etc. to do. She supplied clear information regarding the returns procedure and my replacement was processed through quickly and efficiently.
gave online notification of faulty electric blanket under guarantee. told could take 2 days before reply. need it for arthritic pain relief so tried to contact by telephone. held line waiting for an agent but got to 5.00 pm so got cut off.
I had to return an electric blanket - entirely my fault. Customer services were excellent. Very friendly and responsive. All sorted in a matter of one or two hours.
Ordered from dreamland and realized I had ordered incorrectly. Within the hour customer services (Alessia) had said she would wait for an order notification and cancel the order. This was done within the day and the refund I initiated. Great customer service and certainly recommended.

Alessia was very helpful regarding my order. One of my electric blankets stopped working after a couple of uses and I brought this up with customer service. Alessia was very responsive and clear with her instructions regarding returning the faulty item and was overall very kind, patient and helpful!
The only way to contact Customer Services is by email which I found frustrating. Having said that once you are in contact with CS they do go the extra yard to try and resolve your problem.
I can't comment on the product because I never received it.

Ordering my electric blanket was easy and seamless. However delivery from DPD was problematic so I spoke to dreamland about it and within no time they contacted DPD and sorted the issue. My blanket was delivered soon after no problems all on the same day.
Appalling customer service. Received a heated throw which did not work. Called customer service twice and held in a queue to be finally told no-one available. Virtual assistant just advised me to switch on/off then email. Still not working. No reply to emails. Messaged on FB and received message saying they will be in contact within 24/48 hours. Unacceptable and no resolution.
