Great bed (helped sort issues with delivery quickly)
Product is great. Service also great. Let down by the courier DX who only delivered one of the two boxes for our bed, but this was sorted quickly once I complained.

The delivery driver Ignas ? was fantastic, very courteous and polite, offered to carry boxes upstairs.
Unfortunately the Bunk beds werent as great, holes drilled at wrong angles, making it difficult to get bolt and round nut to alignment properly. Had to open up the holes to align.

Absolutely over the moon with my wardrobe and 5 drawer set. Dedicated efficiently and professionally by Shiva. I was kept up to date with delivery along with the map to see where the driver was. Awful Quality and a Nightmare Dealing with Dream Home Store - Poor Density Composite Board
Be very careful ordering flat-pack items from this seller—if something goes wrong with the quality, customer service will do everything they can to avoid taking responsibility.
I recently ordered a wardrobe from Dream Home Store, and just 10 minutes into standard, careful assembly by someone experienced with flat-pack furniture, a major panel failed completely. The internal, low-quality chipboard crumbled and blew out around the pre-drilled fixing points, tearing right through the outer veneer. The core material simply lacks the structural integrity to withstand normal fitting pressure. I stopped assembling immediately to avoid further damage and contacted customer service with photos.
Instead of honoring my request for a full refund and collection, I was told the damage was my fault and offered a sequence of partial refunds (£40, then 50%) or replacement parts. I refused these as I have completely lost confidence in the product.
I am now exercising my statutory 30-day right to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and have had to escalate this as a formal dispute through Klarna because the retailer refuses to accept a return. I am left with two large boxes taking up space in my home and no usable wardrobe. Based on my experience, I strongly advise going elsewhere.
*Update* - Still waiting for a refund after a week of reporting it to them. Dream Home Store confirmed in writing that they owe me a 100% full refund (£160) but are now refusing to process it unless I delete this review first. Holding a legal refund hostage to manipulate ratings is unacceptable. I have refused their condition and handed all written evidence over to Klarna to enforce the refund. Buyers beware

Our investigation found that the damage occurred during assembly after the item had been delivered safely, which falls outside the scope of a manufacturing fault. However, as a gesture of goodwill and because this was your first purchase with us, we agreed to provide a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.
At no point was the refund conditional upon removing your review. As we have provided the satisfactory resolution for your case. We simply requested that, if you were satisfied with the resolution provided, you consider updating/removing the feedback. As the matter has now been escalated to Klarna, we will provide all relevant evidence to assist them with their independent investigation and will fully respect their decision.
