Honestly the worst experience ever! Horrible customer service! Late delivery. No reply to emails. And the end product was disgusting and poorly made, I’m so disappointed!

What an absolutely fabulous shop! So pleased with my order, looks better than the pictures! I would absolutely recommend for any baby shower gifts or baby gifts in general.

Was under the impression that I ordered Canadian thought price was fair ended up paying in US told them for quantity of order it was a little pricey
Replied very rude and told me to get lost I’m being just cheap and I don’t know anything

I ordered three items on January 15, 2024. I emailed them on January 23, asking them where the items were, after checking the tracking number on DHL's website and seeing that there had been no updates since January 15. Twenty-four hours later, they still hadn't responded, so I emailed them again, saying that I would be disputing the credit card charge if they didn't reply. In the meantime, I said I would post about my experience on social media, which I did on their Facebook page. The customer experience, when it matters, hasn't been great.

Can't say anything about the clothes since I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER and it's been over a week sinelce I placed it. Courier service said I apparently refused the parcel (which is not true, they didn't even ring the bell) and then hijacked the parcel for days and neither attempted redelivery nor sent it back to DreamBuy.

DreamBuy won't give me a refund until they receive the package back (and have also not offered any compensation or apologies really), so I'm basically just left to wait for just anything to happen, without clothes or a refund. And this, although I told them that it's timsensitive as the clothes were meant as a gift.

Terrible experience, very disappointed.

Unbelievable quality and customer service

Easy to order and quick delivery service by our lovely Hermes delivery man. Good quality and well made. Plenty of room for snuggling up in to get dry. The lion and rabbit hoods are lovey.
