Worst delivery service I have ever experienced.
I ordered a package with clear instructions that the address is a business in Amsterdam. I even mentioned this in a message. Despite this, DragonflyShipping attempted delivery outside working hours and then simply returned the package to the sender without any effort.
Other carriers deliver to this same address with no problem and even leave packages next door if needed. DragonflyShipping couldn’t be bothered. Their customer service then told me “sorry, too late” and washed their hands of it.
This has caused me serious inconvenience and extra costs. Complete lack of professionalism and care. I strongly advise everyone to avoid DragonflyShipping NL. Terrible service from start to finish.

I was at home all day suddenly I received an email informing that my parcel wasn’t delivered because none at home to receive the parcel . It is not true . I think they are lying

Super! Reliable and trustworthy!

I've noticed amazon using this tracking service pretty often since april. It almost never goes smoothly. The first time it was two days delayed, the second one went fine, the third time my package failed to deliver because the driver claimed i wasn't home (i have a doorbell cam, he never even drove past my house) then when it got send back to their warehouse it got lost in the mail and today I'm expecting another package but i highly doubt it will arrive. I hate how i can't just choose dhl or postnl on amazon instead.

The delivery was faster than expected.

Why does Amazon NL keep using this horrible delivery service? They can never deliver on time and the tracking is horrible.

One star is way too much than this company deserves. After a week of delay my package is still not delivered. On their website it says there were two attempts made to deliver it which is a total lie as there is always someone home and nobody was trying to deliver it. I tried contact them but got no answer for my two emails.
