Package stolen, support unhelpful
DPD delivered my package to a wrong address, the package was stolen, and the courier didn't even call me and apparently just gave my package to someone else. I lost tons of money and time, and the support is totally unhelpful. The support hotline doesn't speak English and drops the phone. I'm a foreigner, and I don't speak French, so what am I supposed to do?

Had a really awful experience recently when waiting for a delivery. The driver was around the corner and I was in my car (husband was waiting at home for the delivery). I stopped by him and said “oh you have my delivery, there’s a car in the middle of the road I can’t ask them to move” he said “yeh probably, and told me to get lost!” I had my daughter in the front seat with me. I was fuming that I was offering to do something nice and he treated me with such disrespect. The drivers name was Vladut and this happened in Bromley.
Disgusting service
Disgusting service. Expected a parcel yesterday with a 1 hour window slot. Waited in and no parcel.
Checked emails and saw it was at Chelmsford depot. No local numbers to contact.
Went to depot to collect Saturday 13.30hrs. Pushed intercom button but no answer. Website stated was opened until 16.00hrs.
Rang complaints to check when I will receive my parcel.

I was informed van apparently broke down yesterday so unable to deliver. Not sure I believe that.

Shocking service with 0 customer service

Arranged parcel collection from safe place. Photo and clear instructions provided. DPD just didn’t bother picking it up. On calling them they promised they’d come back again that same evening and pick it up but that didn’t materialise either. Ie got messed around twice. Ended up having to take a day off work to deliver the parcel myself to meet return deadline for very expensive bulky item. Atrocious and no apology.

As usual your service is horrendous waiting in for parcels that the lazy drivers can’t be bothered to deliver. waiting in for a parcel to receive a message to say they tried delivery but no one was home !!! the security cameras and ring doorbell proves yet again the parcel was t attempted I suggest the driver salim starts earning his wage instead of creating problems for customers when we pay extra for delivery’s I don’t expect to the. have to get a taxi costing more money to collect a parcel. Salim this is constant with you !!!!

I was told my delivery was missed when sat waiting all day as delivery was from 7 am to 10 pm 🤯. To then here at 7 pm there was no one home to sign for it no one’s been to my property all day this is business items I needed for tomorrow loss of business and a company that you cannot contact to sort the problem out one number doesn’t work and the other has no options to speak with anyone shocking company thanks DPD you’ve cost me a fortune for your lies and laziness don’t take on the work as you clearly cannot keep up with the demand
Worst delivery company, Lost £6,000 due to DPD.
Worst delivery company. Avoid at all cost if you actually want the service you pay for. Paid £1600 for parcels to be collected only for DPD drivers to refuse to take them. I now have to refund my customers resulting in losses of over £6,000.
DPD customer service are not bothered, they don’t care whether they help you or not, they just take the call and hope you get fed up enough so you just hang up. Apparently they spoke with the depot manager who said it will be sorted but now it’s past the point of being sorted.
I will be taking legal action against DPD due to these losses.

Driver made no attempt to deliver. Message from seller “ Address incorrect”. Dpd has a terrible reputation. I would suggest looking at past reviews before using this company. My address is correct and I receive packages daily.

I paid for an 8am to 12pm delivery, then told because I live in Scotland it would not get delivered before 2pm, only to end up with a late afternoon delivery, why should they offer and take money for a service they cannot deliver
Lazy drivers and useless customer service
Not the first time I’ve complained about DPD. They actually deserve no stars. I live in an apartment block with a communal reception area and they NEVER deliver to my door. This time they left my parcel (a new IPAD) in the communal area downstairs as you come into the block where anyone could have taken it. When I chatted with DPD to complain they said the sender had enabled safe place delivery! Hardly safe if anyone could take it is it? Plus I was in waiting so if they’d bothered to buzz my door and come up the one flight of stairs or take the lift they could have seen that and actually delivered it to my address rather than being plain lazy. When I asked the advisor I chatted to, to log as a complaint and get back to me with the outcome I was told they couldn’t guarantee I’d get a reply! Wow. Lazy drivers and no complaints procedures either. They’ll all useless! Advisor I was chatting to then just ended the chat because he couldn’t be bothered to fend off my questions. I would happily never have anything delivered by this company but unfortunately it’s down to the mercy of the senders. I know nothing will change as I’ve complained to them before and they’re still not able to deliver to the actual address. Looking at reviews this is an ongoing issue all over with lazy drivers not actually delivering as they should.

Worst delivery service ever. They had my email address, contact number, name and street of which we only have 9 houses, unfortunately for some reason the door number was missing on the address. No one contacted me to get this information. I contacted customer service on several occasions and promised to rectify this issue but didn’t. There is no complaints department which didn’t help the situation. Liam the driver, delivered to other houses in my close he had my parcel on his van twice as advertised by customer service and when I asked him he said he couldn’t deliver due to the missing number ? And he didn’t have it on the van, I had the confirmation email to say it was out for delivery ???? A bit of common sense and a phone call could have helped in this matter.
