Thank you.

It took a while to understand the difference between Large Cars and SUVs because I was most interested in the luggage compartment volume. Maybe this information could be included in the car descriptions to make it easier to chose? Thank you.

As always with car rental, you have to pay so much more then at first site. We came to sole mare desk and because we booked the car with an normal bankaccount and our cedritcard was on my name not on the driver we had to pay 600€ extra for insurance becuase they refused to take the Deposit from an other Card!! WRIP-OFF!!! And the men at the desk was very unfriendly!!
We booked the platinum insurrance so we did not need a Deposit

Your homepage mention price for a car - when you have made the booking you are informed about 350 km per rental - that is bad service - you wil never treat a customer in Denmark lige this - we will not come again to you and I will ward "my homes" you have customers in Piemonte every week.

Beware, cheap rates, poor customer service. They are just a 3rd party and feed you to the 'wolves'. Once you are abroad you are on your own! Be careful about the car you choose, they have a clause, 'similar car'. It is never the car you ordered, for example I ordered a JEEP Renegade and got a SEAT Arona and they informed me this was similar!!!, nowhere near. Avoid, go to a trusted supplier, alamo, Avis etc, you get exactly what you order.

Turned up to pick the rental car at the airport and find out it's on the outskirts of Fiumicino airport. A bit confusing as I received a message from a broker to meet outside the airport for a pickup to the rental car location. Got there and found out the broker not DoyouItaly sign outside.
Anyway, when I turned up to pick the rental found out I needed to show a physical driver's licence to collect the vehicle. Told them I had my wallet stolen and had a copy of my licence on my phone but did not want a barr of it. They suggested a rental company across the car park that would be able to help which I found out was the same company running under a different name. Finally paying 3 times more without a physical licence and refused to get a refund for the already paid rental through DoyouItaly.
Scammers working together. If I ever see DoYouItaly again I walking. As the name suggests they Do You in Italy.

Easy booking process, the appropriate information was given. We had very quick and smooth check-in process at the Maggiore Car Rental at the airport, the lady behind the desk was patient and nice. The car absolutely met our expectations, was clean and technically flawless. The chek-out was also smooth and fast. It's absolutely worth the money to use the service of DoYouItaly and Maggiore

I had a terrible experience with DoYouItaly. Due to a technical issue, my credit card did not work at pickup. Because my flight was delayed, I was unable to cancel the booking in time. As a result, I lost my €94.00 reservation fee, and I was left stranded at Pisa Airport with my 7-year-old daughter. What a horrible start to our holiday!I called customer service immediately to ask for solutions. I asked if we could pay the deposit with my friend's credit card, use a Maestro card, or change the name of the main driver. Every single option was flat out refused. They showed absolutely zero flexibility, no willingness to think along, and were extremely short with me.Their customer service is completely worthless. They are incredibly unfriendly, force you to use a slow online ticketing system, and the agents on the phone speak very poor English. It is impossible to reach them properly by email. I emailed and called to ask for a €94.00 refund out of goodwill given the situation, but they completely refused. I will NEVER rent a car from this company again! On a positive note, I highly recommend Liberty Car Rental at Pisa Airport. They allowed me to rent a car using a Maestro card. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; they even loaded our luggage into the car and gave us a lift back to the airport terminal when we returned the vehicle. Avoid DoYouItaly and book with Liberty instead!

Easy to navigate. My only issues is the auto fill. I wanted to manually do it but kept coming up with the auto fill.
