I have just received my order of a lovely soft Cuddle cushion from Downland Bedding, I am delighted with this item, it is so soft and great for sitting in bed reading and for when i am using my laptop. The order was delivered very quickly and was well packed.

I bought a 7.5 bounce back duvet. It’s fluffy and warm. I love it.
I ordered from this company through the Asda George website they didn’t even dispatch the two double 13.5 tog quilts I ordered and still no update I’m waiting on Asda refunding me
Absolutely terrible company.
Bought a Huggleland Teddy Fleece Wearable Relaxing Blanket from them over two weeks ago. Not only am I still waiting for this item to arrive, but they do not answer emails!
I could have walked the 60 miles to Liverpool and back and picked the item up myself. Avoid at all costs!

After sending 5 emails (and receiving NO replies) I had to waste even more of my money calling them to give me my money back, which thankfully I've finally (A MONTH LATER) received. Why is there no option for no stars!!??
I purchased from this company over £70 my items have not arrived! Ask sports direct to refund my money as I bought it if there App. Poor customer service completely avoid when I ask for a refund. No confirmation nothing from this company that my items will arrive. How do I go about getting my money back from this company? Sports direct has bad customer service also
I purchased a Downland electric throw about 3-4 months ago as I work from home. Unfortunately I don't remember where I purchased this from (I am still looking into this to see if I can find where I purchased this from). This was lovely until it blew up yesterday! I have contacted this company several times via e-mail and received very negative responses. They tell me as I do not have proof of purchase they cannot / will not replace this. I telephoned them today and spoke to a 'Manager' who basically said the same. I have even offered to return this to them to be checked (at my cost) but they would not entertain me.
I am concerned this is a fire risk!!
Sorry, but I am left with a useless throw. The same throw is on sale for £50, which I am sure I paid this amount.

Ordered from this website in November and did not receive my order. Contacted them on 3 occasions and spoke to different in which all stopped communication. I will never order from here again
I ordered side sleeper pillows but received the wrong ones. I called and was told they'd send the right ones out. I received the wrong ones again. I emailed next so all details were in writing, they apologised and said they'd send right ones out again. Shocker that I received the wrong pillows again! I gave up. I always loved their bedding but Argos stopped stocking them. I thought ordering direct from the company would be a good alternative but I will never order from them again. Sending the wrong item out once is a mistake. Sending the same wrong out two times after that is just incompetence. The oly good thing was the speed of the deliveries!
I'm surprised at the negative comments. My experience is very positive. The Superbounce pillows are great - thick and bouncy. Decent value for money. Good communication from seller and quick delivery.
King size electric blanket very poor. It hardly heats up at all after being switched on for ages plus you can’t return if it has been opened. No contact details on their website. Will never purchase from here again

Really bad and poopoo stains
Bought ks mulberry silk duvet from this company through Ideal World. Definitely NOT worth the money. I am Always warm in bed, use cooling (tencel) sheets and thought this duvet would help. Kept hanging on thinking I would adjust. Wish I'd sent it back,(cos I dont have money to waste), even woke with cold feet a few times. Got 1star cos I couldn't give zero.
