Thank you . So far so good. I was with Berkey for over 10 years and in light of the issues with the providers started looking for a new unit. I had no idea the company has been in business for so many years. The unit is very similar, the filter system is so much easier. I will update in few months time, so far very easy to use, the water is clean, neutral taste and smell. Delivery service was very good. I initially ordered the 6 L but realise it will be too small so I send the unit back got the refund straight away and while this was happening I ordered a new unit and went for the 12 L which with daily use of water for drinking hot drinks cooking is very suitable for household of more than one.

Prompt delivery service and clear instructions plus good value for money.
I am however having QR code scanning difficulties.

Good quality product. Good delivery. We got the 8.5L one, for 2 people and 2 small dogs, so it has to get filled every day if not every other day but no complaints.
When you first receive it, be aware you have to filter the water twice and dispose it, before having a drinkable batch to purify the filters as they arrive a bit dusty. It does take over 24hours but after that it’s great. Water tastes good, we can definitely taste the difference from UK tap water and bottled water.

We have had our British Berkefeld for just over 12 months..my son and I now drink a lot more water. I use the Ultra Fluoride filters..honestly, I really couldn't recommend this system more..i use glass bottles to store in the fridge, so have eliminated plastics completely where water is concerned. I use the water for cooking too and my house plants are much happies and cut flowers seem to last longer! If its the cost thats stopping you, just add up how much you spend on bottled water or electricity on a filter system that you have to plug in..plus the Berkefeld is stainless steel..no plastics leaching into your water..it was my best purchase of 2025

Pure water. A difference you can feel.

Initially bought from Amazon but the filter's box arrived in a flimsy Amazon brown paper bag and had cracked in half (!!!), so I got a refund. For the same price (plus free shipping) I instead ordered item directly from Doulton, which arrived well packaged and within 48 hours. Suggest not buying Doulton filters from Amazon when, for the same price, you can get them safely packaged directly from Doulton.

Great water filter, I moved somewhere that doesn't add synthetic flouride to the water so using the cheaper filters at the moment and working great. If the water company do start adding synthetic flouride, I'll start getting the flouride filters. The filters last 6 months so a decent length of time. Easy to use and clean too.

Bought the counter top water filter. Took a bit to set up but am really pleased with it, and the improved taste of my water. Would highly recommend. I have a ceramic sink so can't fit the under-sink model. The product arrived quickly and was well packaged.

rapid delivery, good price and they have the job of remembering when to send them and not me. I loke the subscription idea for my filters. They are cheaper and I have no worries about forgetting them. I am impressed with Doulton so far.

Within one day of writing to customer services, I received information about a method to resolve the leaking of the tab or if that would not work , a way to replace it. Was happily surprised!
